I was having a conversation with Owen a few weeks back about internal priorities and focus areas. He said something simple about what our priorities needed to be that has stuck with me: High quality. High velocity. Customers. That’s it.
One of my biggest triggers is when someone says the solution is "communication". Saying you need better communication is about as helpful as saying you need air, asshole. 😡

This weekend I hacked up something I’ve been going on about for weeks:
ELO EVERYTHING
- See two objects
- Pick which you like more
- Their ELOs adjust accordingly
- (Repeat)
- Check the leaderboard
