I want to change my flight and can’t do it on the @KenyaAirways app. Last time I used their whatsapp chat and it was quick and efficient. This time it’s been 6 hours since I requested the change with no response. What’s happening?
@PolarGlobal Thanks. It’s when I updated it recently that the trouble started with constant sign in requests. I think in all the previous 4 years or so I’d only been asked to sign in once.
What is with the latest Polar flow app, @PolarGlobal? I used to happily go for months (or even years) without signing in. Now it’s so frequent. I just want the app to work and you keep sending me to the browser to sign in. So annoying.
Why can’t I update my @OUTsurance policy in the app (remove a vehicle, change details of another)? They’re obsessed with calling. I don’t want to speak to them. I emailed and followed up over a week later. Still waiting. Last time I spoke to them they misspelt half the inputs.
Fellow @UN colleagues: if you’re thinking of getting a @UNFCU account; don’t. I was named as the beneficiary on my late father’s account. They make very challenging demands for paperwork, no appreciation that we work across the globe. I feel unheard and frustrated.

Joburg water is throttling some people’s water supplies and at the same time takes days to respond to reports of leaks.

The ‘new’ app from @PPS_SA is just dire. It took ages to launch, has an annoying login process, is not user friendly and the last few times I’ve made top up investments their system defaults to a collection date of 1900(!) no matter what I enter. Come on PPS up your game please.

On 9 November I’m told I’ll get feedback (and a sizeable refund) in 21 days. After multiple follow ups I get a text at the end of January that it’s been allocated to a SARS official. And now it’s almost March and I’ve heard nothing.
