"The big mistake in the U.S. and Europe... is that people aren’t wearing masks. This virus is transmitted by droplets and close contact. Droplets play a very important role—you’ve got to wear a mask, because when you speak, there are always droplets coming out of your mouth."
#Vietnam PM was invited Vietnam to attend the first-ever G20 emergency video meeting on #COVID19 response. Guess what? Vietnam 🇻🇳 isn't in G20. But we are current ASEAN chair and we happen to know something about the pandemic.
Some of the behaviour today - when we’re asking people to stay home - has been really crap. It’s hard to change habits and it’s hard to see dangers that aren’t apparent yet. But with 3,000 cases of COVID in Australia this week, we’re headed to 100,000 in 2-3 weeks without change.
Vietnam is working hard to save people. My highest respect to all doctors, nurses and soldiers who are fighting with the pandemic to protect others 🙏

If your company requires you to work nights and weekends, your company is broken. This is a managerial problem, not your problem. This is a process problem, not a personal problem. This is an ownership problem, not an individual problem.
Pondering Agile anti-patterns today. Soooo many come to mind:
* hero culture
* shame & blame
* silos
* command & control
* no experimentation
* fear of failure
* feature pressure
* urgency/fire-fighting
* coding alone
* poor communication
* poor code quality
How about you?
Never ask permission to refactor. Never ask permission to write tests. You do these things because you KNOW they are the best way to go fast.
When you ask permission, you are asking someone else to take responsibility for your actions.
Great to have @vgrgic in Vietnam. We’re on the road to train 60 colleagues across on LeSS. Next weeks stop will be running a self-forming teams workshop! Very exciting to see us moving forward towards greater autonomy and empowerment of our people.

"We work hard, play hard" sounds terribly unhealthy. I think we would all be a lot healthier, happier and find greater balance in our lives if we learn to work smart and play always. #worksmartplayalways
