“To strive for justice is a sacred duty, and I am ready to lay down my life for Haqeeqi Azadi (true freedom) of my nation.

At this moment, Pakistan is being governed solely under “Asim Law”. Here, verdicts are pre-written and merely announced aloud. Like the baseless decisions and sentences of the past three years, the Toshakhana 2 verdict is nothing new for me. This ruling, too, was delivered in haste, without any evidence and without fulfilling legal requirements. Neither we nor our lawyers were even given opportunity to present our case.

The sustained solitary confinement imposed on me and my wife constitutes severe mental torture. We are barred from books, television, and meetings. Although television access is granted to every other prisoner, even this fundamental facility has been withheld from me and Bushra Bibi. The books sent by my family are confiscated by jail authorities, and we are kept in solitary confinement for weeks at a time. This treatment is inhumane, yet all this oppression and brutality cannot weaken my resolve.

It is not our tradition to target women and children. Our religion mandates mercy toward women even during warfare, yet here they are being persecuted purely out of political vendetta. I am deeply saddened and distressed by the mistreatment and brutality faced by my sisters and other women outside Adiala Jail. The treatment meted out to Bushra Bibi, Dr. Yasmin, Mahrang Baloch, and other women stands in clear violation of Islamic traditions and moral values. Bushra Bibi, my wife, has been subjected to solitary confinement purely because of personal hostility towards me, even though she has no political role and is a homemaker.

The army is mine and belongs to the people of Pakistan. When I criticize Asim Munir, it is criticism of an individual, just as past dictators were criticized. Asim Munir did not come into power through a public referendum or popular vote. Whatever is happening to me in jail is being carried out on the instructions of a colonel acting under Asim Munir’s orders.

The rule of law in Pakistan has been severely undermined. Just as in 2007, PCO judges who sided with a dictator and tarnished the sanctity of the judiciary earned no respect, while those who resisted were hailed as national heroes. Similarly, today, the judges who are resisting this system are our heroes, while those acting as puppets, obediently following orders, lack conscience and are no different from the PCO judges of the Musharraf era.

For the struggle to restore the rule of law and uphold the Constitution, it is essential for the Insaf Lawyers Forum and legal fraternity to step forward decisively. Only a just legal system can safeguard the people; without it, neither economic progress nor moral development is possible.

I have full confidence in Salman Safdar and his team and have instructed them to file an appeal against these bogus decisions in the Islamabad High Court.

My message for Sohail Afridi is to prepare for a street movement. The entire nation must rise for their rights!!

Mehmood Khan Achakzai and Allama Raja Nasir Abbas are extremely respectable to me. They are pro-democracy and principled individuals. I am surprised that their notification has not yet been issued. I direct Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s parliamentary group to protest this matter before the Speaker and Chairman Senate so that their notification as Leader of the Opposition may be issued. Moreover, for any movement against the existing system, PTI must fully comply with any call issued by Tehreek Tahaffuz-e-Ayeen Pakistan.

I hereby dissolve the PTI Political Committee. The party’s Secretary-General, Salman Akram Raja, has full authority to constitute a new, concise committee that will devise political strategy and ensure its implementation.

I nominate Shahid Khattak as Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Parliamentary Leader in the National Assembly.

In the Pakistan Bar elections, PTI must unite to fully support those candidates nominated by Salman Akram Raja and Hamid Khan. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the matters of the lawyers, the bars and the ILF shall be reviewed personally by Sohail Afridi, who will take whatever decisions are necessary for improvement.

Agriculture is the backbone of our economy, and its current state is alarming. The way the rights of farmers are being plundered is extremely regrettable.”

“Asim Munir is a mentally unstable person whose moral degradation has led to the complete collapse of the Constitution and the rule of law in Pakistan, leaving the fundamental human rights of every Pakistani unprotected.

My wife and I have been imprisoned on fabricated charges at his command, and we are being subjected to severe psychological torment. I have been completely isolated in a cell, placed in solitary confinement. For four weeks I was not permitted to see a single human being, and I was kept entirely cut off from the outside world. Even the basic necessities guaranteed under the jail manual have been denied to us.

Despite the orders of the High Court, first my meetings with my political colleagues were prohibited, and now even my meetings with my lawyers and family have been stopped. Any human rights charter will show that psychological torture is classified as 'torture', and it is regarded as even more severe than physical abuse.

My sister Noreen Niazi was dragged on the road simply because she demanded her rightful meeting with me. Only a man like Asim Munir could sanction such conduct. He has imprisoned Dr. Yasmin Rashid, an elderly cancer survivor, purely out of political vengeance. My wife, Bushra Begum, has been imprisoned only to exert pressure on me. Even her children are not allowed to meet her, and she has been deprived of all facilities. These examples reveal the character and mental disposition of this man.

Enduring solitary confinement is extremely painful, but I am bearing it only for the sake of my nation. Until the nation itself breaks the chains of slavery, the mafias imposed on Pakistan will continue to exploit it. The extension mafia, land mafia, sugar mafia, and mandate-thief mafia will keep this nation enslaved until the people themselves rise. Today you are their slaves; your future generations will be slaves to their generations. If you want to break this cycle, the nation must break the chains of enslavement itself and stand up for Haqeeqi Azadi (genuine freedom).

There is no place in my party for those who play on both sides of the wicket. Such people are the ‘Mir Sadiq’ and ‘Mir Jafar’ of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. The participation of PTI individuals in the NDU workshop is shameful. On one hand, we are enduring all kinds of hardships, and on the other hand, when our own people socialise with those who oppress us, it causes me deep pain.

I have always stated that drone attacks and military operations on our own people only fuels terrorism. Asim Munir’s policies are disastrous for this country. It is because of his policies that the scourge of terrorism has spiraled out of control, which deeply grieves me. He has no regard for the interests of his own nation. Whatever he is doing is merely to please the Western world. He deliberately ignited tensions with Afghanistan seeking to portray himself internationally as a ‘mujahid’ (warrior). He first threatened Afghans, then expelled refugees by force, and conducted drone strikes on them; the consequences of which came in the form of rising terrorism inside Pakistan. This man has sacrificed the country to terrorism for his own personal interests.

Sohail Afridi is commendable because he chose resistance over reconciliation during repressive times. My message to Sohail Afridi is to continue playing on the front foot. There is no law or constitution in this country. The law is invoked only against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf; everyone else remains exempt. Whatever Sohail Afridi is doing, he should continue. He has my full support.

As for those issuing threats of Governor’s Rule: impose it right away instead of waiting, and then see consequences for themselves!

”عاصم منیر ایک ذہنی مریض ہے جس کی اخلاقی پستی کی وجہ سے پاکستان میں آئین اور قانون مکمل طور پر ختم ہو چکے ہیں اور کسی بھی پاکستانی کے بنیادی انسانی حقوق اب محفوظ نہیں۔

مجھے اور میری اہلیہ کو عاصم منیر کے حکم پر جھوٹے مقدمات میں جیل میں رکھا گیا ہے اور شدید ترین ذہنی ٹارچر کیا جا رہا ہے۔ مجھے مکمل طور پر ایک سیل میں بند کر کے قید تنہائی میں ڈالا ہوا ہے۔ چار ہفتے تک میری کسی ایک انسان سے بھی ملاقات نہیں ہوئی۔ اور بیرونی دنیا سے بالکل بےخبر رکھا گیا، جیل مینؤل کے مطابق دی جانے والی ہماری بنیادی ضروریات بھی ختم کر دی گئی ہیں۔

ہائی کورٹ کے احکامات کے باوجود پہلے میری سیاسی ساتھیوں سے ملاقات پرپابندی لگائی گئی اور اب وکلأ اور اہل خانہ سے ملاقات بھی بند کر دی گئی ہے۔ انسانی حقوق کا کوئی بھی چارٹر اٹھا کر دیکھیں ذہنی تشدد بھی "ٹارچر" ہی کہلاتا ہے اور جسمانی تشدد سے بھی ذیادہ سنگین عمل سمجھا جاتا ہے۔

میری ہمشیرہ نورین نیازی کو سڑک پر گھسیٹا گیا، صرف اس لیے کہ وہ مجھ سے ملاقات کا جائز حق مانگ رہی تھیں، یہ صرف عاصم منیر جیسا شخص ہی کر سکتا ہے۔ اس نے ڈاکٹر یاسمین راشد جیسی بزرگ کینسر سرائیوور کو سیاسی انتقام کی غرض سے جیل میں ڈالا ہوا ہے۔ میری اہلیہ بشریٰ بیگم کو صرف مجھ پر دباؤ ڈالنے کے لیے قید کیا ہوا ہے۔ ان کے بچوں سے بھی انکی ملاقات نہیں کرنے دی جا رہی۔ ان کو تمام سہولیات سے محروم رکھا گیا ہے، ان سب مثالوں سے اس شخص کی ذہنی سطح کا اندازہ ہوتا ہے۔

قید تنہائی کاٹنا انتہائی تکلیف دہ عمل ہے لیکن میں یہ صرف اپنی قوم کی خاطر برداشت کر رہا ہوں۔ جب تک قوم خود غلامی کی زنجیریں نہیں توڑتی، پاکستان پر مسلط مافیاز ایسے ہی اس کا استحصال کرتے رہیں گے۔ ایکسٹینشن مافیا، لینڈ مافیا، چینی مافیا، مینڈیٹ چور مافیا ہر ایک اس قوم کو تب تک غلام بنا کر رکھے گا جب تک کہ یہ قوم خود اٹھ کھڑی نہیں ہوتی۔ آپ آج ان کے غلام ہیں، آپ کی نسلیں ان کی نسلوں کی غلام ہوں گی اگر اس چکر کو توڑنا ہے تو قوم کو خود غلامی کی زنجیریں توڑ کر “حقیقی آزادی” کے لیے کھڑا ہونا ہے۔

وکٹ کے دونوں جانب کھیلنے والوں کی میری پارٹی میں کوئی جگہ نہیں ہے۔ ایسے لوگ تحریک انصاف کے "میر صادق" اور "میر جعفر" ہیں۔ این ڈی یو ورک شاپ میں تحریک انصاف کے لوگوں کی شرکت شرمناک ہے۔ ایک جانب ہم لوگ ہر قسم کی سختیاں برداشت کر رہے ہیں تو دوسری جانب جب ہمارے ہی لوگ ہم پر ظلم ڈھانے والوں سے سماجی تعلقات بڑھانے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں تو مجھے انتہائی تکلیف ہوتی ہے۔

میں ہمیشہ کہتا آیا ہوں کہ اپنے ہی لوگوں پر ڈرون اٹیکس اور ملٹری آپریشنز سے دہشتگردی مزید بڑھتی ہے- عاصم منیر کی پالیسیاں اس ملک کے لیے تباہ کن ہیں۔ اس ہی کی پالیسی کی بدولت آج ملک میں دہشتگردی کا ناسور بے قابو ہے جس پر مجھے انتہائی دکھ ہے۔ اس کو اپنے ملک کے مفادات کی رتی برابر بھی پرواہ نہیں ہے۔ یہ جو کچھ کر رہا ہے، محض مغربی دنیا کی خوشنودی کے لیے کر رہا ہے۔ افغانستان کے ساتھ آگ کو جان بوجھ کر بھڑکایا، اس کا مقصد ہے کہ اسے “انٹرنیشنلی مجاہد” سمجھا جائے- اس نے پہلے افغانوں کو دھمکایا، پھر مہاجرین کو ملک سے دھکے دے کر باہر نکالا، ان پر ڈرون حملے کیے جس کے اثرات پاکستان میں دہشت گردی بڑھنے کی صورت میں آئے۔ اس شخص نے اپنے ذاتی مفاد کے لیے ملک کو دہشتگردی کی بھینٹ چڑھا دیا ہے۔

سہیل آفریدی قابل تعریف ہے کیونکہ جبر کے اس ماحول میں وہ مفاہمت کے بجائے مزاحمت کو ترجیح دے رہا ہے۔ سہیل آفریدی کو پیغام دیتا ہوں کہ وہ فرنٹ فٹ پر آ کر کھیلتا رہے۔ اس ملک میں کوئی قانون اور آئین نہیں ہے۔ قانون صرف تحریک انصاف کے لیے حرکت میں آتا ہے ورنہ ہر کوئی اس سے مبرا ہے۔ سہیل آفریدی جو بھی کر رہا ہے اسے جاری رکھے میں اس کی مکمل حمایت کرتا ہوں۔

گورنر راج کی دھمکیاں لگانے والے کل کی بجائے آج لگا لیں اور پھر دیکھیں ان کے ساتھ ہوتا کیا ہے!!

محمود خان اچکزئی اور علامہ راجہ ناصر عباس میرے لیے انتہائی قابل احترام ہیں۔ وہ جمہوریت پسند اور اصول پرست لوگ ہیں۔ مجھے حیرت ہے کہ اب تک ان کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری نہیں ہوا۔ میں تحریک انصاف کی پارلیمانی جماعت کو ہدایت کرتا ہوں کہ سپیکر اور چئیرمین سینیٹ کے سامنے اس معاملے پر احتجاج کریں تاکہ ان کا اپوزیشن لیڈر کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کیا جائے۔ اس کے علاوہ موجودہ نظام مخالف کسی بھی قسم کی تحریک کے لیے جو بھی کال تحریک تحفظ آئین پاکستان کی جانب سے دی جائے تمام تحریک انصاف اس پر عمل کرے“

"ماضی کے ڈکٹیٹرز کے ادوار میں بھی ظلم و ستم کی تاریخ رقم کی گئی مگر عاصم منیر نے ہر حد عبور کر لی ہے۔ دو سال میں پاکستان میں سویلینز کے قتل عام کے چار بڑے واقعات ہوچکے ہیں۔ جن میں پہلا 9 مئی، دوسرا 26 نومبر، تیسرا آزاد کشمیر اور چوتھا مریدکے قتلِ عام ہے۔ اپنی ہی عوام پر ایسا ظلم کسی بھی مہذب معاشرے میں نہیں ہوتا۔ سب سے زیادہ باعث تکلیف بات یہ ہے کہ ان تمام واقعات میں کوئی بیرونی دشمن نہیں، بلکہ اپنی ہی پولیس، رینجرز اور پیرا ملٹری فورس کے ہاتھوں اپنے ہی ہم وطنوں کو بےدردی سے شہید کیا گیا ہے جو سوشل میڈیا پر گردش کرنے والی ویڈیوز سے ثابت ہے۔

مجھے اس بات کی بھی بہت تکلیف اور افسوس ہے کہ قتلِ عام کے جتنے بھی واقعات ہوئے نہ ہی ان پر کوئی جوڈیشل کمیشن بنا نہ ہی انکوائری ہوئی اور نہ ہی ذمہ داران کو سزا سنائی گئی۔ میں چاہتا ہوں کہ مریدکے قتلِ عام پر جوڈیشل کمیشن بنا کر آزادانہ تحقیقات کرائی جائیں اور ذمہ داران کو قرار واقعی سزا دی جائے۔ کیونکہ قتلِ عام کے ان واقعات میں تعداد کے حوالے سے شدید ابہام پایا جاتا ہے جیسا کہ مریدکے واقعے میں سرکاری اطلاعات کے مطابق 4 مظاہرین جان سے گئے جبکہ متاثرہ فریق کے مطابق حقیقی تعداد 400 سے 600 تک ہے۔

قتلِ عام کی جوڈیشل انکوائری میں ظلِ شاہ کے قتل میں ملوث آئی جی پنجاب عثمان انور سمیت آئی جی اسلام آباد ناصر رضوی کو ضرور شاملِ تحقیقات کیا جائے کیونکہ قتلِ عام کے ان واقعات میں یہ بھی حصے دار ہیں۔

میں تاکید کرتا ہوں کہ خیبرپختونخوا میں ہمارے کارکنان اور عوام بعد از نمازِ جمعہ مریدکے قتلِ عام کیخلاف احتجاجاً نکلیں۔ یہ کسی ایک سیاسی جماعت نہیں بلکہ تمام پاکستانیوں کا فرض ہے کہ وہ اس بربریت کیخلاف آواز اٹھائیں اور جوڈیشل کمیشن کے قیام کا مطالبہ کریں۔ اس ظلم اور بربریت کا راستہ نہ روکا گیا تو باری باری سب اس کی زد میں آئیں گے۔

پاکستان اور افغانستان کے درمیان بڑھتی ہوئی کشیدگی باعثِ تشویش ہے۔ دو مسلم ہمسایہ ممالک کے درمیان لڑائی کسی کے بھی مفاد میں نہیں ہے، دونوں ملکوں کے درمیان تنازعات کو لڑائی کی بجائے مذاکرات کے ذریعے حل کرنا بہتر ہے۔ جس طرح یہاں تین نسلوں سے مقیم افغان پناہ گزینوں کو دہائیوں کی مہمان نوازی کے بعد دھکے دے کر ملک بدر کیا گیا ہے، وہ بھی افسوسناک ہے۔ افغانستان ہمارا مسلم ہمسایہ ملک ہے۔ دہشتگردی سے متعلق معاملات بات چیت سے حل کیے جائیں۔

تاریخ سے ثابت ہے کہ ڈکٹیٹرز کبھی بھی امن نہیں لاسکتے- کیونکہ ملٹری ڈکٹیٹرز کو Military Solution کے علاوہ کوئی حل نظر نہیں آتا- یحیٰی خان سمیت تمام ڈکٹیٹرز کی مثالیں ہمارے سامنے ہیں- یہ معاملات سیاستدان معاملہ فہمی سے حل کرتے ہیں۔ اگر ان سے نہیں ہوتا تو مجھے پیرول پر رہا کیا جائے تاکہ دیرپا امن کے قیام اور افغانستان سے تنازعے کے حل کے لیے میں اپنا کردار ادا کروں۔

ملکی حالات سے مایوس ہو کر پہلے ہی تیس لاکھ پاکستانی ملک چھوڑ کر جا چکے ہیں۔ ملک سے تیزی سے ملٹی نیشنل کمپنیوں کا انخلاء جاری ہے۔ بیرونی سرمایہ کاری آنا تو دور کی بات ملک کے اندر سے بھی سرمایہ تیزی سے باہر جا رہا ہے۔ جب تک ملک میں امن نہیں ہوگا سیاسی استحکام نہیں آسکتا۔ اور سیاسی استحکام کی عدم موجودگی میں معاشی استحکام ممکن نہیں-

ملک میں لاقانونیت کا یہ عالم ہے کہ ہم اپنے ملک میں رہتے ہوئے ہی غیر محفوظ ہیں۔ کسی کو یہ نہیں پتہ کون کب سڑک پر مارا جائے یا اٹھا لیا جائے۔ آزادی اظہار پر شدید قدغن ہے، میڈیا کو بولنے کی آزادی نہیں، جس طرح علیمہ خان پر بےجا مقدمہ بنایا گیا ایسا کسی کے بھی ساتھ ہوسکتا ہے”

“لوگوں کے مینڈیٹ پر ڈاکہ ڈالنے والے خوف میں مبتلا ہیں۔ اسی خوف کے باعث ہم پر ظلم بڑھایا جا رہا ہے۔ مجھے اور میری اہلیہ کو قید تنہائی میں رکھا گیا ہے۔ ہمیں صرف اس امید کے ساتھ ذہنی اذیت دی جا رہی ہے کہ میں ٹوٹ جاؤں اور اپنے نظرئیے سے پیچھے ہٹ جاؤں۔ مجھے توڑنے کی کوشش کا مقصد عوام کی آواز دبانا ہے۔

یہ وہی طرز عمل ہے جو سقوط ڈھاکہ کے وقت یحیٰی خان کا تھا۔ اس نے بھی صرف اپنے اقتدار کی طوالت کی کوشش میں اندھا ہو کر عوامی آواز کو دبانے کے لیے ہر قسم کی فسطائیت بپا کی اور بالآخر ملک کو توڑ دیا۔ یہ ساری تفصیلات حمود الرحمان کمیشن رپورٹ میں موجود ہیں۔ عاصم منیر بھی اپنے اقتدار کو طول دینے کے لئے ملک میں ظلم کر رہا ہے اور ملک کو کمزور کر رہا ہے۔

1971 اور موجودہ دور میں بہرحال فرق صرف یہ ہے کہ آج عوام باشعور ہے۔ سوشل میڈیا نے تمام حقائق عوام پر واضح کر دئیے ہیں اور عوام ظلم کے خلاف اپنے حقوق کے لیے کھڑا ہونا سیکھ چکی ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے یہ ظلم کا نظام جلد ختم ہو کر رہے گا۔ وقت آ گیا ہے کہ عوام کی آواز سنی جائے۔

ملک میں سیلاب کی وجہ سے ہر جانب تباہی ہے۔ پاکستان کی معیشت پہلے ہی تباہ حال ہے اب سیلاب کی وجہ سے لوگوں کی فصلیں، مال مویشی سب ڈوب گئے ہیں۔ جس سے زرعی معیشت مکمل تباہ ہو گئی ہے اور اس کا اثر پورے ملک پر پڑے گا۔ ایسے میں اہم ہے کہ سیلاب زدہ علاقوں کی امداد کے لیے بلا تفریق سب اپنا کردار ادا کریں۔ اگر میں جیل سے باہر ہوتا تو اس مقصد کے لیے ضرور ٹیلی تھون اور فنڈ ریزنگ کرتا۔ محض حکومتی ادارے اتنی بڑی آفت کا مقابلہ نہیں کر سکتے بلکہ ہر ایک شخص کو اپنا حصہ ڈال کر من حیث القوم اس کا مقابلہ کرنا ہو گا۔ مستقبل میں سیلاب کی تباہ کاری سے بچنے کے لیے ہنگامی بنیادوں پر زیادہ سے زیادہ شجر کاری کرنا ہو گی۔

بلوچستان میں اختر مینگل کے والد کی برسی پر حملے کی شدید مذمت اور اختر مینگل سے اظہار تعزیت کرتا ہوں۔ بلوچستان کے حالات دن بدن خراب ہوتے جا رہے ہیں کیونکہ وہاں پر عوامی نمائندگان کو حکومت کرنے کی اجازت نہیں دی جاتی۔ 8 ستمبر کو محمود اچکزئی کی ہڑتال کی کال پر تحریک انصاف بھر پور شرکت کرے۔ بلوچستان کی عوام کو دہشتگردی اور ہائبرڈ ماحول سے نجات ملنی چاہیے۔

خیبر پختونخوا میں تحریک انصاف کی حکومت کو کمزور کرنے کے لیے وہاں آپریشن کا آغاز کیا گیا ہے جسے خیبرپختونخوا حکومت کو فوری طور پر بند کروانا ہو گا۔ علی امین گنڈا پور کو خصوصی ہدایت کرتا ہوں کہ صوبے کی عوام پہلے ہی سیلاب کی وجہ سے متاثر ہیں لہٰذا اس آپریشن کے خلاف بھرپور مزاحمت کر کے اسے رکوائیں۔ قبائلی اضلاع میں ہونے والے ڈرون حملے بند کروانا خیبرپختونخوا حکومت کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ عوام کی جان و مال کا تحفظ ہماری حکومت کی ذمہ داری ہے۔

افغانستان میں زلزلے پر میرا دل بہت رنجیدہ ہے اور مجھے دکھ ہے کہ ہم اپنے مسلمان بھائیوں کو زبردستی ملک سے باہر نکال رہے ہیں جبکہ مشکل کی اس گھڑی میں ہمیں ان کے ساتھ کھڑا ہونا چاہیئے۔ خیبرپختونخواہ حکومت کو بھی اپنے افغان بھائیوں کی مدد کرنی چاہیے-“

میں ہمیشہ موسمیاتی تبدیلیوں اور ان سے آنے والے نقصانات کے حوالے سے شعور اجاگر کرتا رہا ہوں- ہم نے پہلے خیبر پختونخوا میں”بلین ٹری منصوبہ” شروع کروایا اور وفاقی حکومت میں آ کر “ٹین بلین ٹری منصوبہ” شروع کروایا- اس کے ساتھ متعدد چھوٹے، درمیانے اور بڑے درجے کے ڈیمز اور نیشنل پارکس سمیت ایسے اہم ماحولیاتی حفاظت کے منصوبے شروع کروائے جو ماحولیاتی تباہی میں کمی کا باعث بنے- درخت ہی ماحولیات کا تحفظ کر سکتے ہیں۔ ایسے منصوبوں پر تیزی سے کام کرنا قومی ترجیح ہونی چاہیے-

افغانستان میں زلزلے سے ہونے والی ہلاکتوں اور نقصان پر دل شدید رنجیدہ ہے۔ ہم مشکل کی اس گھڑی میں اپنے افغان بھائیوں کے ساتھ کھڑے ہیں۔ مجھے افغانیوں کے پاکستان سے زبردستی نکالے جانے پر بھی شدید تحفظات اور افسوس ہے۔

خیبرپختونخوا میں اپنے ہی لوگوں پر ڈرون اٹیکس اور ملٹری آپریشن فوری طور پر بند ہونا چاہیئے۔ علی امین گنڈا پور سمیت صوبائی حکومت کو اس معاملے پر بھرپور مزاحمت کرنی چاہیئے۔ پہلے ہی وہ علاقے سیلاب کی تباہی جھیل رہے ہیں ان حالات میں آپریشن یا ڈرون حملے اور اپنے علاقوں سے بے دخلی زخموں پر نمک چھڑکنے کے مترادف ہے۔

میری ہدایات کی روشنی میں تحریک انصاف کا ضمنی انتخابات کے بائیکاٹ کا فیصلہ قابل تحسین ہے۔ کاغذات نامزدگی واپس لینے والے امیدواران بھی داد کے مستحق ہیں۔ جن ارکان نے اسمبلی کی کمیٹیوں سے استعفی دیا ہے وہ بھی قابل تعریف ہیں۔ ان کو یہ بھی ہدایت کرتا ہوں اگر ان کے زیر استعمال کوئی بھی گاڑی یا مراعات ہیں تو اسے فوری واپس کریں۔ پشاور جلسے کی حتمی تاریخ کا فیصلہ ستمبر میں ہی سیلاب کی صورتحال دیکھ کر مشاورت سے کیا جائے۔

تین سال ظلم و جبر سہنے اور حق پر ہونے کے باوجود میں نے ملکی مفاد میں مذاکرات کی بات کی مگر مجھ سمیت میرے خاندان سے سیاسی انتقام کی انتہا کر دی گئی ، ہمارے لوگوں پر سیدھی گولیاں چلائی گئیں اور پارلیمان میں ہمارے اپوزیشن لیڈرز تک کو نا اہل کر دیا گیا اس کے بعد مذاکرات کی گنجائش باقی نہیں رہتی۔

یہ مجھ سمیت میرے خاندان میں سے جس مرضی کو قید کر دیں میں اپنے موقف سے پیچھے نہیں ہٹوں گا اور نہ ہی ان کے آگے جھکوں گا”

"Ali Amin Gandapur should petition the Supreme Court for permission to meet me. Earlier, during the budget process, no meetings or consultation took place with me. Ali Amin must come and brief me on governance, law and order, and other important provincial matters. For this, efforts must be made at every forum, including the Supreme Court.

I emphasize once again that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government must take a strong stand against the federal government’s military operations and drone strikes against our own citizens. During our tenure, peace had returned to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the tribal areas, and not a single drone strike took place. Now, the situation is being deliberately worsened in order to weaken the only party with a genuine public mandate.

Military operations are not the solution for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the tribal areas. Their issues should be resolved through dialogue with the help of local representatives. Drone strikes and military operations only increase terrorism. These operations neither have the support of the people, nor of local representatives, nor of political parties. How can such operations ever succeed?

I am ashamed of the treatment meted out to Afghan refugees. They are our Muslim brothers who had taken refuge here, and to expel them in such a humiliating manner is against both Islamic tradition and humanity.

The recent sentences handed down by the Faisalabad court to 75 of our members and workers in yet another false case expose this oppressive system even further. We must all stand united against this tyranny. Victory will be our destiny when we resist together.

In my opinion, contesting by-elections on the seats vacated through the false convictions in the May 9th cases would be tantamount to legitimizing these fabricated sentences. Therefore, the party should deliberate on this matter and present its final recommendations to me tomorrow. The seat of Hammad Azhar, however, has fallen vacant following the demise of Mian Azhar. We will contest the election on that seat.

A grand rally will be held in Peshawar against the ongoing oppression and fascism across the country, the date of which will be announced by the party.

Severe floods in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan have caused massive destruction, claiming hundreds of precious lives and affecting millions of people. It was for combatting such impacts of climate change that I initiated projects like the Billion Tree campaign. Only such projects can save our environment. Otherwise, we will continue to witness such disasters year after year.”

میں دوبارہ تاکید کرتا ہوں کہ خیبرپختونخوا حکومت وفاق کی جانب سے اپنے ہی شہریوں پر ہونے والے ملٹری آپریشن اور ڈرون حملوں کے خلاف بھرپور سٹینڈ لے۔ خیبر پختونخوا اور قبائلی علاقوں میں ہمارے دور میں امن آچکا تھا اور ہمارے دور میں کوئی ڈرون حملہ نہیں ہوا۔ اب وہاں حالات جان بوجھ کر خراب کیے جا رہے ہیں تاکہ واحد عوامی مینڈیٹ والی پارٹی کو کمزور کیا جا سکے۔

خیبرپختونخوا اور قبائلی علاقوں میں آپریشن مسئلے کا حل نہیں ہے۔ وہاں کے مسائل مقامی نمائندوں کی مدد سے بات چیت سے حل ہونے چاہئیں۔ ڈرون حملوں اور فوجی آپریشنز سے دہشتگردی بڑھتی ہے۔ ان آپریشنز کو نہ ہی عوام کی حمایت حاصل ہے، نہ ہی عوامی نمائندوں کی اور نہ ہی سیاسی جماعتوں کی تو ایسا آپریشن کیسے کامیاب ہو سکتا ہے۔

افغان مہاجرین کے ساتھ جو سلوک کیا گیا اس پر میں شرمندہ ہوں۔ وہ ہمارے مسلمان بھائی یہاں پناہ لیے ہوئے تھے انھیں ایسے دھکے مار کر ملک سے نکالنا اسلامی روایت اور انسانیت کے خلاف ہے-

فیصل آباد کی عدالت کی جانب سے ایک اور جھوٹے کیس میں ہمارے 75 ممبران اور کارکنان کو دی گئی سزائیں اس ظلم کے نظام کو مزید ننگا کر رہی ہیں۔ ہم سب کو اس ظلم کے خلاف اکٹھے کھڑے ہونا ہے جب ہم مل کر مقابلہ کریں گے تو فتح ہمارا مقدر بنے گی۔

میری رائے میں 9 مئی کیسز میں جھوٹے الزامات پر دی گئی سزاؤں کے ذریعے خالی کرائی گئی سیٹوں پر ضمنی انتخابات میں حصہ لینا ان جھوٹی سزاؤں کو جائز تسلیم کرنے کے مترادف ہو گا- اسی لیے پارٹی اس معاملے پر غور کر کے حتمی فیصلے کے لیے کل دوبارہ اپنی تجاویز میرے پاس لے کر آئیں- حماد اظہر کا حلقہ میاں اظہر صاحب کی وفات کے بعد خالی ہوا ہے- اس سیٹ پر ہم الیکشن لڑیں گے۔

جو ظلم و فسطائیت اس وقت پورے ملک میں جاری ہے اس کے خلاف پشاور میں ایک گرینڈ جلسہ کیا جائے گا جس کی تاریخ کا اعلان پارٹی کرے گی۔

خیبرپختونخوا اور گلگت بلتستان میں سیلاب نے شدید تباہی مچائی ہے اور سینکڑوں قیمتی جانوں کے نقصان کے ساتھ لاکھوں افراد متاثر ہوئے۔ میں نے اسی ماحولیاتی تبدیلی کے مقابلے کے لیے Billion Tree جیسے منصوبے شروع کیے تھے۔ اس طرح کے منصوبے ہی ہمارا ماحول بچا سکتے ہیں ورنہ ہم ہر سال تباہی ہی دیکھیں گے” -

”ظلم و جبر کے بدترین دور میں 5 اگست کی کال پر پاکستانی قوم کا بڑی تعداد میں نکل کر احتجاج ریکارڈ کروانا ناصرف قابل تعریف ہے بلکہ ملک پر چھائی ظلم کی اندھیری رات میں طلوع سحر کی نوید ہے۔ عوام نے جیسے تمام تر فسطائیت کے باوجود کل سڑکوں پر نکل کر اپنے آئینی حقوق کے لیے احتجاج ریکارڈ کروایا وہ قابل تحسین ہے۔

میں بالخصوص پنجاب کی عوام کو خراج تحسین پیش کرتا ہوں جنہوں نے چھاپوں اور گرفتاریوں کے باوجود خوف کے سب بتوں کو توڑ دیا۔ سندھ، بلوچستان، گلگت بلتستان، آزاد کشمیر، پنجاب اور خیبرپختونخوا کی عوام جس تعداد میں 5 اگست کو ملک گیر احتجاج میں شامل ہوئے وہ شاباش کے مستحق ہیں۔ لیڈر شپ پر پریشر کے باوجود بھرپور ملک گیر احتجاج عوامی شعور و بیداری کا شاندار مظہر ہے۔

پاکستان کی تاریخ میں آج تک کسی ڈکٹیٹر کے مارشل لأ دور میں اس قدر ظلم نہیں ہوا جتنا “عاصم لأ” میں عاصم منیر کر رہا ہے۔ موجودہ دور کا موازنہ صرف یحییٰ خان کے دور سے کیا جا سکتا ہے جب عوامی رائے کو روندنے کی غرض سے مجیب الرحمٰن کی پارٹی اور عوام پر فسطائیت کے پہاڑ توڑے گئے اور محض اپنے اقتدار کے لیے ملک کو دو لخت کردیا تھا۔ آج ملک میں جو ہورہا ہے وہ سقوط ڈھاکہ کے دور کی یاد تازہ کرتا ہے۔ تب بھی جمہوریت کا گلہ گھونٹ کر قانون کی بالادستی کا مکمل خاتمہ کر دیا گیا تھا۔ میڈیا کی آزادی اور احتجاج کا حق چھین لیا گیا تھا اور ملک میں صرف جنگل کا قانون نافذ تھا۔ اس جبر کے نظام سے نجات صرف تب ممکن ہے جب یہ قوم یکجا ہو کر کھڑی ہو گی۔

ہماری تحریک کا اگلا اہم دن 14 اگست ہے۔ یہ وہ دن ہے جب ہمارے آباؤاجداد نے قربانیاں دے کر انگریزوں سے تو آزادی حاصل کر لی تھی لیکن قوم آج تک “حقیقی آزادی” سے محروم ہے۔ اس ملک میں جب تک آئین و قانون کی بحالی نہیں ہو گی آزادی نہیں ملے گی۔ 14 اگست کو وطن عزیز میں جاری فسطائیت کے خلاف پوری قوم ایک مرتبہ پھر بھرپور انداز میں نکلے۔

ہمیں اس مافیا سے آزادی لینا ہو گی۔ اور آزادی لینا تب ہی ممکن ہوتا ہے جب کوئی قوم قربانی دینے کو تیار ہوتی ہے۔ میں خود اپنی قوم کی خاطر جیل میں بدترین حالات کاٹ رہا ہوں۔ یہاں موجود قیدی بھی اعتراف کرتے ہیں کہ ایسا سلوک تو کسی عام قیدی کے ساتھ بھی نہیں ہوتا جیسا کہ میرے ساتھ کیا جا رہا ہے۔ مجھے توڑنے کی ناکام کوشش میں میری اہلیہ بشریٰ بیگم کو بھی بدترین حالات میں رکھا جا رہا ہے، مگر میں پھر بھی آئین و قانون کی بالادستی اور جمہوریت کی بحالی کے لیے قربانی دے رہا ہوں۔ حقیقی آزادی حاصل کرنے کے لیے ہم سب کو مل کر قربانی دینا ہو گی۔

میں اس “ڈاکو، ڈفر الائنس” کے آگے کبھی نہیں جھکوں گا اور عاصم لاء کو کبھی تسلیم نہیں کروں گا۔ مجھے ساری زندگی بھی جیل میں رہنا پڑے میں اس کے لئے تیار ہوں!!

یاد رکھیں کہ بہادر قوموں کو دنیا کی کوئی طاقت شکست نہیں دے سکتی۔ تمام پاکستانی جیل جانے کا خوف اپنے دل سے نکال دیں۔ میرا تحریک انصاف کے ذمہ داران کو بھی خصوصی پیغام ہے کہ اپنے دلوں سے جیل کا ڈر نکال کر لوگوں کی قیادت کریں، اور جمہور کی آواز پر لبیک کہتے ہوئے قیادت فراہم کریں۔

خیبرپختونخوا میں آپریشن صرف اور صرف تحریک انصاف کو کمزور کرنے کے لیے ہو رہا ہے-ایسا ہی آپریشن اے این پی کے دور میں بھی کیا گیا تھا اور مشرف دور کی ناکام پالیسیوں کو اپنا کر اے این پی خیبرپختونخوا میں ختم ہو کر رہ گئی۔ میرا ہمیشہ یہ مؤقف رہا ہے کہ فوجی آپریشن کسی مسئلے کا حل نہیں ہوتا بلکہ اس سے دہشتگردی، نفرت اور تباہی مزید پھیلتی ہے۔ قبائلی علاقوں میں کوئی نیا آپریشن ہرگز نہیں ہونا چاہیئے۔ وہاں کے مسائل کا حل مقامی اور عوام کے منتخب نمائندوں کی بات چیت سے ہی ممکن ہو گا۔ صرف افغانستان سے ردعمل کی امید میں افغان مہاجرین کو جس بے دردی سے بے دخل کیا گیا، وہ بھی افسوسناک ہے۔ افغانستان سے کوئی ردعمل نہیں آیا تو اپنے ہی لوگوں پر بندوق اٹھا کر حالات خراب کرنے کی افسوسناک کوشش جاری ہے۔

ایک مرتبہ پھر واضح کر رہا ہوں کہ جن ممبران اسمبلی کو نا حق نااہل کیا گیا ہے ان کی نشستوں پر کوئی انتخاب نہیں لڑے گا۔ ان لوگوں نے تمام مشکلات کے باوجود تحریک انصاف پر یقین کیا اور پارٹی کا ساتھ نہیں چھوڑا لہٰذا یہ سیٹیں انہی کا حق ہیں۔ ضمنی الیکشن میں حصہ لینے کا مطلب ہو گا کہ ہم ان کے ناجائز عمل کو جائز قرار دے رہے ہیں۔ ضمنی الیکشن میں حصہ لینا ہمارے لوگوں کی کمر میں چھرا گھونپنے کے مترادف ہو گا-

آئین و قانون کی بحالی کے لیے کامیاب آل پارٹیز کانفرنس کے انعقاد، قومی ڈائیلاگ کے آغاز اور اہم قومی مسائل کے حل پر متفقہ تجاویز پیش کرنے پر تمام شرکأ اور آرگنائزز خصوصاً “تحریک تحفظ آئین” کے عہدیداران مبارکباد کے مستحق ہیں”

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Message from Adiala Jail - August 2, 2025

“Every Pakistani must join the movement for genuine freedom against the system of oppression imposed on our country so that we may genuinely achieve freedom as a nation. If we stand united and resist, this system of darkness will inevitably collapse.

The movement that begins on August 5th will continue until democracy is restored in its true spirit. People are no longer afraid. The shackles of fear have been broken. Just as 14th August 1947, marked our freedom from colonial rule, now August 14th has become significant once again as we confront a situation worse than that earlier slavery. Today, all institutions have been crippled and fundamental rights suspended. Just as our forefathers fought the British and secured freedom, we too must rise against this corrupt regime and reject this modern-day slavery.

PPP and PML-N are playing the same puppet role for Asim Munir that PML-Q once played for Musharraf. These parties are not political movements, they are a political front for the establishment. Under this cover, their corruption and looting continue unchecked.

It took 77 years to slowly build a few functional institutions in Pakistan despite repeated martial laws that hindered their progress. But Asim Munir’s martial law has systematically dismantled these institutions just to extend his grip on power. First, the people's mandate was stolen through electoral fraud and criminals were imposed upon the nation, ending democracy. Then the media was silenced under brutal censorship. Now, through the 26th Constitutional Amendment, the judiciary has been reduced to a subservient department. Judges are handed pre-written verdicts. They themselves admit they have no real authority; they simply sign what they’re given. The judiciary today stands completely paralyzed. Kangaroo courts are operating, ripping the law to shreds. Justice cannot be expected from these courts. They do not follow the Constitution, but ‘Asim Law’. All trials and sentences now follow his script. The proceedings are on record, and sooner or later, the truth will be revealed; which judges stood for justice, and which bowed down to the Yazid of our times.

Through courts in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Sargodha, and Faisalabad, false convictions are being handed out to our party leaders, assembly members, and workers in another failed attempt to derail our movement. I salute the leadership and workers of our party who are being punished simply for standing on the side of the truth.

Sikandar Sultan Raja disqualified our assembly members without even waiting for their appeals to be heard in the High Courts. When history is written, his name will be recorded in the darkest of terms. He played a central role in fraudulently turning a party with 17 seats into a two-thirds majority within a year and a half. The system of this country has been handed over to those who have stolen both the people's vote and their wealth. Those who stood for the Constitution and democracy have been thrown in jail so that no one dares to speak of democracy again.

We will not field any candidates in the by-elections for the seats of our unjustly disqualified members. These individuals stood firm with PTI despite extreme challenges. Therefore, the party will completely boycott these by-elections.

I send a clear message to Ali Amin (Gandapur): Under no circumstances should another military operation be allowed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including the tribal areas. When the military and the people confront each other, the military as an institution suffers the most damage. Military operations are never the solution. Issues must be resolved through dialogue, in accordance with local traditions. Afghanistan is our Muslim neighbor. Relations with them must improve, and all matters should be resolved through discussion.”

“تمام پاکستانیوں کو ملک پر مسلط ظلم کے نظام کے خلاف حقیقی آزادی کی تحریک کا حصہ بننا چاہیے تاکہ ہم حقیقی معنوں میں ایک آزاد قوم بن سکیں۔ ہم یکجا ہو کر مقابلہ کریں گے تو یہ ظلمت کا نظام ضرور زمین بوس ہو گا۔

پانچ اگست کو شروع ہونے والی تحریک اس وقت تک جاری رہے گی جب تک ملک میں جمہوریت اپنی اصل روح کیساتھ بحال نہیں ہو جاتی۔ اب عوام نڈر ہو چکے ہیں، ہر خوف کا بت ٹوٹ چکا ہے- 5 اگست کے بعد 14 اگست کی تاریخ بھی اس سلسلے میں اہم ترین ہے۔ 14 اگست 1947 کو ہم نے بیرونی غلامی سے آزادی حاصل کی تھی۔ اب ہمیں غلامی کی اس سے بھی بدتر صورتحال کا سامنا ہے جہاں تمام اداروں کو اپاہج کر کے سارے بنیادی حقوق معطل کر دئیے گئے ہیں۔ جیسے ہمارے آباؤاجداد نے انگریزوں کے خلاف جدوجہد کر کے آزادی حاصل کی تھی ہمیں بھی اس کرپٹ نظام سے آزاد ہونا ہے اور غلامی کو ٹھکرانا ہے۔

پیپلز پارٹی اور نون لیگ عاصم منیر کے لیے ویسا ہی کٹھ پتلی کا کردار ادا کر رہی ہیں جیسا ق لیگ نے مشرف کے لیے کیا تھا۔ ان کا کردار سیاسی جماعت کا نہیں اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے پولیٹیکل فرنٹ کا ہے۔ اسی آڑ میں کرپشن اور لوٹ مار کا سلسلہ بھی جاری ہے۔

77 سال لگا کر پاکستان میں مشکل سے چند ادارے کھڑے ہوئے تھے- یہاں بار بار مارشل لاء لگتے رہے جس نے اس عمل کو دشوار بنایا مگر پھر بھی ادارے موجود تھے لیکن عاصم منیر کے مارشل لاء نے صرف اپنے اقتدار کی طوالت کے لیے ان اداروں کو بھی ایک ایک کر کے تباہ کر دیا ہے۔ سب سے پہلے انتخابی فراڈ کر کے عوام کا ووٹ چوری کیا گیا اور چوروں کو ملک پر مسلط کر کے جمہوریت کا خاتمہ کیا گیا۔ پھر میڈیا کا گلا گھونٹا گیا، ملک میں بدترین سنسر شپ لگائی گئی۔ اور اب عدلیہ کو چھبیسویں آئینی ترمیم کر کے ایک سرکاری ادارہ بنا دیا گیا ہے۔ اوپر سے لکھی لکھائی سزائیں ججز کے ہاتھ میں تھما دی جاتی ہیں۔ جج خود اسکا اعتراف کرتے ہیں کہ ہمارے ہاتھ میں کچھ نہیں ہے جو ہمیں تھما دیا جاتا ہے ہم اسی پر سائن کر کے دے دیتے ہیں۔ اس وقت ملک میں عدلیہ مکمل مفلوج ہے۔ یہاں کینگرو کورٹس چل رہی ہیں جو ہر طرح سے قانون کی دھجیاں بکھیر رہی ہیں۔ ان عدالتوں سے انصاف کی کوئی توقع نہیں ہے۔ یہ عدالتیں قانون کی نہیں صرف عاصم لا کی پیروی کرتی ہیں۔ اسی کے مطابق سب ٹرائل چلیں گے اور سزائیں ہوں گی۔ یہ سب ٹرائل آن ریکارڈ ہیں آج نہیں تو کل سب پر حقیقت عیاں ہو گی کہ کس جج نے انصاف کی پیروی کے بجائے یزیدِ وقت کی پیروی کی۔

راولپنڈی، لاہور، سرگودھا اور فیصل آباد کی عدالتوں کے ذریعے ہمارے پارٹی رہنماؤں، ممبران اسمبلی اور کارکنان کو جھوٹے کیسز میں سزائیں دلوا کر ہماری تحریک کا راستہ روکنے کی ایک اور ناکام کوشش گئی ہے۔ حق پرستی کی پاداش میں سزاؤں کی حق دار ٹھہرنے والی پارٹی لیڈرشپ اور کارکنان کو خصوصی خراج تحسین پیش کرتا ہوں۔

سکندر سلطان راجہ نے ہائیکورٹ کی اپیلوں کا انتظار کیے بغیر ہمارے ممبران اسمبلی کو نا اہل قرار دیا۔ تاریخ جب لکھی جائے گی سکندر سلطان راجہ کا نام سیاہ ترین حروف میں درج ہو گا۔ اس شخص نے ڈیڑھ سال میں 17 سیٹوں والی جماعت کو دو تہائی اکثریت دلوانے میں سب سے اہم کردار ادا کیا ہے۔ ملک کا نظام ان کے ہاتھ میں دے دیا گیا ہے جنھوں نے عوام کا ووٹ اور پیسہ دونوں چرایا۔ جو لوگ آئین اور جمہوریت کے ساتھ کھڑے ہوئے ان کو جیلوں میں ڈال دیا گیا تاکہ اس ملک میں کوئی جمہوریت کا نام لیوا نہ ہو۔

ہمارے جو ممبران اسمبلی ناجائز طریقے سے نااہل کیے گئے ہیں ان کی جگہ ضمنی انتخابات میں کسی کو کھڑا نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ کیونکہ ان لوگوں نے کئی طرح کی مشکلات جھیل کر انتخاب لڑا تھا اور مسلسل تحریک انصاف کے ساتھ کھڑے رہے۔ لہذا ضمنی انتخابات میں تحریک انصاف حصہ نہیں لے گی۔

علی امین کو واضح پیغام دیتا ہوں کہ خیبرپختونخوا اور قبائلی علاقوں میں وفاق کو ایک اور فوجی آپریشن کی ہرگز اجازت نہیں دینی چاہیئے۔ فوج اور عوام کے آمنے سامنے آنے سے فوج کا ادراہ تباہ ہوتا ہے۔ آپریشن کسی مسئلے کا حل نہیں ہے۔ وہاں کے نظام کے مطابق بات چیت سے مسائل حل کریں۔ افغانستان ہمارا مسلمان ہمسایہ ملک ہے۔ ان کے ساتھ بھی تعلقات بہتر ہونے چاہئیں اور مسائل پر بیٹھ کر بات کرنی چاہیے-“

“It is not Martial Law but ‘Asim Law’ that is imposed in Pakistan.

The country is being run under Asim Munir's law, and the ISI is giving it protection. Whatever strengthens Asim Munir's power is made the law of the land. He is prepared to sacrifice every national interest to maintain his hold on power. This Army Chief is disgracing the military just as Yahya Khan once did.

At this time, the Senate, the National Assembly, the Prime Minister, and the President, are all unconstitutional. A sham constitutional court was created, which reduced our seats in parliament. In an unprecedented move, one party’s seats were simply handed over to others. The constitutional courts, which are meant to deliver justice, are now filled with Asim Munir’s personal minions. Sikandar Sultan Raja perpetrated an historic electoral fraud, and instead of being held accountable, he was granted an extension to safeguard that rigging. A judge of the Islamabad High Court is not hearing my appeals for seven months because he too receives instructions from Asim Munir. At this time, Asim Munir’s law prevails in our country, as if he owns Pakistan.

The judiciary, state institutions, and democracy have been systematically dismantled. Military courts have been declared legal, an act that is essentially a vote of no confidence by the judiciary against itself. My wife, Bushra Bibi, is being used as a weapon to break me, but let me make this absolutely clear: I would rather die than accept Asim Munir’s monarchy. This is nothing more than a group that has forcibly seized control of the country.
A ‘Dacoits-and-Duffers Alliance’ has taken full control of Pakistan. The 26th Amendment has completely abolished the independence of the judiciary. Judicial orders hold no weight anymore; even an ordinary policeman can openly defy a judge’s directives. Today, during court proceedings, the judge repeatedly ordered that my family, waiting outside the prison gates, be brought inside and even halted proceedings several times, yet my family was not allowed in. This shows that the judge’s order holds no value for the police. Our justice system has been decimated.

Nations collapse when incompetent people are put in charge.

Asim Munir has assumed control of the country, while Mohsin Naqvi is busy destroying cricket. What qualifications do they have? Due to Mohsin Naqvi, our test cricket team has dropped to ninth place. When such unqualified individuals are placed in charge, this is the fate that befalls every sector, not just sports. A country is doomed when the incompetent are imposed upon institutions through force.

The torture inflicted upon me has intensified. I am kept in solitary confinement in my cell for 22 hours a day. I am denied books, newspapers, and television to keep me cut off from current affairs. This is not just a violation of local law but a grave breach of international human rights standards. Today, following a court order, I was given only a single book after three hours, while my family has already sent over two dozen books in the past month and a half. Ever since the new jail superintendent Ghafoor Anjum has taken over, torture against me has drastically intensified under his supervision.

We want peace in Pakistan. Whoever stands for peace and participates in peace marches must be supported wholeheartedly.

It has now been seven months since I have been allowed to speak to my children. It is their right to approach the courts, and I have personally told my sons to take the matter to international courts on the basis of fundamental human rights. They are not asking anyone in the United States for help; they are only raising their voices for their rights. Even when President Trump first came into office, I said that decisions about Pakistan must be made in Pakistan. 1/2

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan's Message – July 8, 2025

“When a nation rises for its rights, no force on earth can suppress it. I remain a free man, even in jail, but my nation is trapped in a prison where there is no independent judiciary, no genuine democracy, and no free media. Every Pakistani must rise up for their true freedom!

For two years, I have remained imprisoned solely for the sake of the Pakistani nation, so that no one can enslave you. Now, the time has come for you to stand up for your own freedom and defeat this oppressive system.

I repeatedly called for dialogue in the best interest of the country. But the time for negotiations has now passed. After the 26th Constitutional Amendment, the rule of law, the Constitution, and the very concept of justice have been buried. Any hope of receiving justice from the courts has been completely extinguished. The Pakistani nation now has only one path forward: a nationwide protest movement. Nothing short of this can pull us out of this quagmire of lawlessness.

A complete roadmap for the nationwide movement will be announced this week. I will have completed two full years of unjust imprisonment on August 5th. One that very day our nationwide protest campaign will be at its peak.

There will be no further negotiations of any kind with anyone anymore! The only path forward is mass protest in the streets, so the nation can rid itself of the puppets forcibly imposed upon it as its rulers.

Let me be clear: any officeholder in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf who cannot shoulder the weight of this movement should step aside immediately. Those who have submitted to these oppressors must remember: these very people will eventually crush you, and the people will never forgive you either.

Even leaders like Nelson Mandela and Gandhi were allowed to meet other prisoners, read books, and write. I am enduring a form of solitary confinement where I am locked for 22 hours a day in a 6x8 foot cell. Police officers are forbidden from speaking to me. I have been denied books for the past six months. I am not allowed to speak to my children. My lawyers and colleagues cannot visit me. My family is allowed only a few minutes of visitation each week, and many of them are often denied even that. My personal physician has not been allowed to examine me for the past ten months. Even my access to newspapers and television has been cut off for the last week. Books sent by my family are withheld and kept in the superintendent’s office. My wife is also being held in inhumane conditions in solitary confinement.

Behind all of this is the establishment and its pawns. All of this is being done to break me. But I will continue to stand against tyranny until my very last breath.

We restored the constitutional and legal rights of the tribal areas after decades and provided full resources for reconstruction and development. The current regime not only withheld their rightful funds for three years but is now actively working to roll back their constitutional rights, an action that is utterly condemnable. I commend our parliamentarians and representatives for boycotting these unlawful measures.

As for our Punjab MPAs who were suspended for protesting during the fraudulent government’s budget session, the real reason behind it was that their protest against Maryam Nawaz was intolerable for the regime, although it is a long-standing tradition to protest during budget sessions.”

“عالمی حالات کی وجہ سے میں نے اپنی پارٹی کو تحریک دو ہفتے کے لیے مؤخر کرنے کی ہدایت کی ہے- موجودہ عالمی حالات کے اثرات پاکستان پر بھی آئیں گے بلکہ آ رہے ہیں۔ ایسے حالات میں قوم کو متحد ہونے کی ضرورت ہے۔

خیبر پختونخوا کا بجٹ تو پیش کرنا ہی تھا- بجٹ پاس کرنے سے پہلے مشاورت کے لیے علی امین، عمر ایوب، مزمل اسلم، تیمور جھگڑا اور شبلی فراز مجھے بریفنگ دیں گے تب ہی بجٹ پاس ہو گا-

وفاقی بجٹ مکمل طور پر اشرافیہ کا بجٹ ہے- جن کے اثاثے باہر ہیں ان پر کوئی اثر نہیں پڑے گا- اس بجٹ کا سارا بوجھ عام عوام، تنخواہ دار طبقے اور کسان پر پڑے گا۔ صرف نواز شریف اور زرداری کے اثاثے باہر نہیں بلکہ انکے وزراء کے بھی اثاثے باہر ہیں-

وفاقی بجٹ میں ان لوگوں پر مزید ٹیکس لگا دیا گیا ہے جو ایمانداری سے ٹیکس دے رہے ہیں اور جو ٹیکس چوری کر رہے ہیں ان کو مزید چھوٹ دے دی ہے۔

خبروں کے مطابق 33 لاکھ لوگ پچھلے چند سالوں میں ملک چھوڑ کر گئے ہیں، ان میں سے بیشتر اپنی کوئی مالیت اور اثاثے ساتھ لے کر گئے ہوں گے، یہ صرف برین ڈرین نہیں ہے بلکہ ملکی پیسہ بھی باہر جا رہا ہے کیونکہ یہاں کسی کو تحفظ فراہم نہیں ہے۔

جس کے پاس تین سال پہلے 50 ہزار روپے تھے آج اس کی حیثیت بمشکل 20 ہزار ہے، یہ 60 فیصد مہنگائی ہے۔

کورونا جیسی عالمی وبا اور عالمی معاشی بحران میں ہمارے معاشی اعداد و شمار دیکھیں اور آج دیکھیں- زمین آسمان کا فرق ہے کیونکہ ہماری ساری پالیسز پاکستان کی بہتری اور ترقی کے لیے تھیں-

جب “رول آف لاء” نہ رہے تو جمہوریت ختم ہو جاتی ہے، ناانصافی مزید بڑھتی ہے جس کے باعث دہشت گردی میں بھی اضافہ ہوتا ہے، اس سے معیشت مزید نیچے جاتی ہے اور لوگوں میں مایوسی مزید پھیلتی ہے-“

"I am prepared to spend my entire life behind bars, but I will never bow down to tyranny and oppression.

The cornerstone of my movement is the rule of law, and through it, we will abolish the law of the jungle.

Peaceful protest is the only viable path when all doors are closed to a political party — when it is subjected to oppression, and the judiciary is no longer independent.

I instruct my party, its workers, and supporters to prepare for a decisive nationwide movement. This time, the call will not be limited to Islamabad—it will echo across all of Pakistan.

To every member of the party, I say this: none of you are here because of your ‘electability’. You were elected on the strength of your ideology. I am fully aware of who is playing both sides. Anyone who does not follow party directives will have no place in this party. When given the opportunity, I will ensure internal party elections are held. Elections within the party are imperative in order to ensure grassroots workers have the opportunity to climb up the ranks.

The May 9th (2023) case can be concluded in no more than half an hour. Those responsible are the ones who stole the CCTV footage. If they truly believe Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was behind the events of May 9th, they should release the footage to the public.

It is Shehbaz Sharif who should undergo a polygraph test. He should be asked whether he came to power legitimately, through Form 45, or through Form 47 fraud.

I am a former Prime Minister of Pakistan, entitled to certain facilities in prison, yet I have not even been granted the basic rights afforded to ordinary inmates. For the past 22 months, I have been confined in a cell that is no less than a death-row cell. Meanwhile, criminals were housed in VVIP cells that are more akin to hotel suites.

The law of the jungle is prevalent here — court orders are openly defied upon instructions from a Colonel. I am not allowed to speak with my children, and my sisters are denied visitation rights. Even my books are restricted — none have been delivered to me for two and a half months, except the ones I have already read. I am the head of a political party, yet my own party members are barred from meeting me, despite court orders permitting such meetings.

They have stooped so low as to sentence my wife on baseless and unproven charges, merely to inflict pain on me. What could be more disgraceful? I am allowed only 30 minutes per week to meet my family or legal counsel. The false accusation against my wife was merely of facilitation, and even that remains unproven.

I call upon all members of the opposition to be present at tomorrow’s protest outside the High Court. The judiciary has been rendered completely paralyzed and ineffective since the 26th (constitutional) amendment. Despite repeated assurances, the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court has failed to even list our cases for a hearing.

The Supreme Court has expressed a lack of faith in its own judicial system by endorsing military trials of civilians.

Our forces — especially the Pakistan Air Force — responded remarkably well to India's aggression, and the entire nation supported them. There was joy and celebrations for Pakistan’s response even in the prison I am incarcerated in.”

The baseless trials related to the events of May 9th (2023) have resumed once again. May 9th was a false flag operation. No CCTV footage has been presented to this day, and the past two years have made it abundantly clear that its sole objective was to crush PTI. The truth will be evident to all if the CCTV footage of that day is made public.

Seats were stolen from our candidates in Peshawar through the manipulation of Form-47, just like in other parts of the country. Legally, election petitions must be decided within 180 days. Yet, despite the passage of 15 months — and repeated changes in laws and judges — hearings have not even begun.

Those whose mandate was stolen in Peshawar must immediately file petitions in the High Court, together with the provincial cabinet, and should protest before the Election Commission. Furthermore, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly must pass a resolution on this matter.

As party chairman, it is necessary for the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to seek my guidance on budgetary and policy matters. The people have elected PTI to govern, and therefore, the responsibility for policymaking also rests with us. Consequently, it is essential that Ali Amin Gandapur and the finance minister meet with me before the budget is presented.

No one has approached me for any negotiations. News claiming otherwise is entirely false.

National unity is of utmost importance at this time for three key reasons:

Narendra Modi, having faced embarrassment in the recent Indo-Pak tensions, is likely to retaliate to salvage his pride.

Innocent lives are being lost daily to terrorist attacks in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.

The economy is in shambles; investors and the youth are steadily leaving the country.

It is for these reasons that I have called for dialogue. But talks will only be held with those who actually hold power, and only in the national interest. I do not fear hardship — my resolve remains strong.

Engaging in any talks with the puppet PML-N government is pointless. This illegitimate Form-47 installed government has already wasted two months. Its only objective is to cling to false authority. It holds no real power. This is the very regime that has utterly destroyed Pakistan’s moral values and constitutional structure.

Democracy is founded on two core principles: rule of law and moral integrity. The baseless political cases against me and other PTI members, forced abductions, and coerced press conferences designed to make members publicly disassociate from the party — all prove that rule of law has been entirely dismantled. What we now have is the law of the jungle.

The decline of integrity is equally alarming. The Chief Election Commissioner and other members of the Election Commission continue to hold office even after the terms have ended. The formation of a controversial constitutional bench, its conduct and handling of cases further reflect the erosion of ethical standards. Democracy cannot flourish in the absence of law and morality. This is a recipe for societal collapse, and it should serve as a wake-up call for all of us.

I am being subjected to all forms of hardships. I am not allowed to speak to my children. Meetings with my family are arbitrarily delayed for days. Even my personal physician is not permitted to see me. Despite this, I will continue to stand firm for the sake of my nation.
