@AdamMitcheson Totally get this mate. I've found the third lockdown a lot harder and had a similar experience as you describe. Think it's great to say (or write) it out loud as it definitely takes away a bit of the power of these things. Or it does for me anyway π
@VirginMoney want to cancel a credit card but can't do it online and on hold on the phone yesterday for 55 minutes with no answer.I guess that's one way of retaining customers π€. What's the best way to cancel in the absence of these two methods?

@VirginMoney You have turned off 'online service' and direct customers to the app. In the app there is no way to cancel the card. Quick Google search advises to call. When I call, no one answers. How do I cancel the credit card given the above?
