🔹 Post-Consensus follow-up – Leadership debriefed on meetings with investors, exchanges, and market makers, setting strategic priorities for integration efforts and agent narrative positioning.
🔹 Integration partnerships – Formed a dedicated integration task force and sharpened our technical messaging.
🔹 Technical ideation – Continued focused discussions around new product concepts and use cases.
🔹 Team operations – Reviewed PR and communications materials, with emphasis on aligning team performance and execution.

🔹 Our Head of Research traveled to Shenzhen to deliver a keynote at an in-person meetup, followed by deeper discussions with local supporters.

🔹 Astral – Ongoing backend fixes and improvements are underway, with progress expected to be reflected in the frontend soon.
