@peachypickle Social care is means tested sadly. Unlike NHS funded care which is very hard to get. Lpa is a very important document but not enough people have them. Moving the house into a trust needs to take place 10+ yrs before care home is needed otherwise local authority still counts it

@santanderuk I signed up for new bank acc. with £100 Amazon reward in Nov. Haven't received voucher, despite confirming with Santander support that fulfilled t&C's. Appears error on initial sign up so acc. wasn't active until dec. Error code bi_0023. Please help

@santanderuk Hello, yes and they have submitted the data to Santander but came back as didn't meet t&C's despite Santander agent confirming that I had. Think error in the data they submit as my acc. wasn't open properly for 3 weeks. I have all the agent chat msgs+ call logs
