@luvcrackers@Slothical1@Monosyllabik@WrittenByHanna When I saw "You'd be better off looking it up", I thought "I'm going to go look it up". Thank you for responding with the most helpful reply (sometimes it IS better to look it up!).

Forget the social distancing and your old, musty cubicle. If you faced the biggest existential questions in the past 18 months, then that’s a very good reason to feel different. You don’t walk away from those questions unscathed and unchanged.
I saw this movie tonight and wow - so many feelings. But also, some of us have wondered if we’d survive this pandemic and in that way, it cut deep. My husband helped my Dad when he was sick. Consciously or not, many of us have faced these feelings and questions.
More than 600,000 people have died from Covid-19 in the U.S., according to data from Johns Hopkins University. It's a higher death toll than the number of American soldiers killed in combat during the Vietnam War, World War I & World War II combined. May they all Rest In Peace.
According to the outage chart, Duquesne Light is making progress but we’re still in the group of people without electricity. I keep telling myself that it’s ok & not a big deal but in a moment when things were moving forward, it feels like a step backward. Every change feels big.
Working in my old cubicle for the first time in more than a year because our electricity is still out. It's so quiet. No contractors hammering things, no cat meowing, no neighbor mowing their lawn. Just pure silence. 🙏
@danielgilman Can we at least bury some power lines? Going on 30+ hours without electricity. Also prune back trees overseen by the city in the spring before summer storms hit.
If my body wants me to lose weight then why does it tell me to eat more after a day of exercise and healthy eating? Shouldn’t it be like, “success! You did things right and now you can be done thinking about this issue”?
