the ones i spoke to came across as academics or socially isolated with no real-life experience - their experience limited to one organisation (HMRC) indoctrinated with their own spin and view that everyone is out to defraud

My @loancharge experience shows that Govt/HMRC make changes retrospectively - when they know products are being mis-sold without warning the general public. (and with no evidenced legal basis)
