Septoria brown spot is one of our most common foliar diseases. However, rarely does it become a “problem”, but when it does…..it’ll blow out the top of the canopy. In 18 years, only the fifth time I’ve seen it this bad and the field received a fungicide (QoI + DMI) #mscrops

In this post, I fit fixed and random effects models using summary-level data from 136 wheat fungicide trials. The analysis follows Madden, Piepho, and Paul (2016), implemented in ASReml-R.
