🌻ทำไมถึงต้องทำท่านี้?
- เวลาหลังค่อม มันจะมีคอยื่นไปข้างหน้าด้วย กระดูกสันหลังส่วนบนเหยียดไม่ขึ้น
- มันจะทำให้กล้ามเนื้อสะบักข้างหลังถูกยืดตลอดเวลา ->กล้ามเนื้อมันจะอ่อนแรง
- เวลาให้ออกกำลังกายหนีบสะบัก ก็จะทำลำบาก เพราะมันผายไหล่มาข้างหลังไม่ได้ (ไหล่งุ้มอยู่)

🌼 สรุปคือ ต้องทำให้ปลดล็อคหลังบนก่อน การขยับของสะบัก ไหล่จะได้ง่ายขึ้น กล้ามเนื้อหนีบสะบักจะได้ออกแรงเต็มที่มากขึ้น -> หลังจะได้ไม่ค่อม
