@Verizon I commend you on your consistency – having been a customer in someway since the early 2000s you never disappoint. @VerizonSupport always finds a way to let me down and not follow through.
@FortniteStatus the app won’t load on my son’s Xbox. We try multiple times and each instance the loading image appears and after 30 seconds the app crashes. Forced quit. Restarted Xbox. Checked for updates. Same result.
When a brand you rely on puts you through the wringer to prove you returned something, & you’ve spent dozens of hours with support agents who treat you like you’re on trial, have no empathy, & fail to call back as promised, how do you handle it? I’m talking to you @Xfinity
Poor form @JetBlue … tonight’s flight from BOS to DCA — plane is here. We were supposed to take off at 7:10. At 7:20 you tell us that the pilots are coming from Buffalo but their flight hasn’t taken off yet and won’t be here until 8:30 - 8:40. Really??? You didn’t know earlier?

@BangOlufsen Your 10-speaker system in my new @Ford Mach-E doesn't come close to meeting my expectations. I have to say I'm quite disappointed. My last two vehicles had Harman/Kardon and JBL, and they both blew yours away. Please get in touch with troubleshooting recommendations.
@Ticketmaster@TMFanSupport really? I’ve been in the waiting room for > 1hr for @Imaginedragons sale & it counted down to < 1 min. And now it went back up min by min to 7 mins and counting!!! How am I going to tell my 2 sons who are huge fans they’re not going to see it!
@Ford are there issues with FordPass? Since I got my vehicle a week ago I’ve been unable to set charging or departure times via the app, they can only be done in the vehicle. I’ve tried logging out, uninstalling, all to no avail. Please assist
I’ve been beta testing @Apple iOS builds since they opened up the developer program and 16.6 has been buggier than any I can remember. Constant crashing of the phone and springboard have rendered my phone useless.
