Keeping the tradition of my 2nd Day of School Pictute because the 1st is just too crazy. 😅 So here is to my 3rd year of teaching. Wishing all the sweet babies and educators a safe, amazing year! ❤️
Shoutout to the bestie for coming and taking my picture 🤍
@AvaMcCain_@PISD_RISE I agree taking feedback personally is something I think we all should work on. Feedback isn’t necessarily meant to hurt feelings but to help. #pisdRISEchat
@PISD_RISE A16: my biggest aha moment was how healthy conflict shouldn’t be avoided. I always would try to avoid conflict and now I can see there is different ways to go about and deal with it. #pisdRISEchat
@PISD_RISE A15: Building relationships in my classroom is something I really wanted to develop. Taking the time to learn about the students and being able to mentor them and show you care is something that helps them be successful. #pisdRISEchat
@PISD_RISE A14: feedback being information that is simply meant to help us learn and grow. Sometimes feedback may be taken the wrong way but it is important to not take it that way. #pisdRISEchat
@lanatheteacher@PISD_RISE I received the same compliments. It’s just so much easier when everything is organize and clean it’s your home away from home haha 😊 #pisdRISEchat
@PISD_RISE With everything that may be negative you can always find a positive. So despite something bringing me down I must find something good within it. #pisdRISEchat
@PISD_RISE One thing I loved about my classroom is how clean and organized it was. But one thing I would want to implement next year is having the students have classroom jobs that help maintain the rooms cleaned as well. #pisdRISEchat
@PISD_RISE The whole 5th grade Reading Team! Walking into Morris I did not even expect the help I received. But man I am so appreciative of every single one of them, could not have made it through the year without them! #pisdRISEchat
@PISD_RISE A10: I do see that if you complain it could become a habit. This is where you should try and let things roll off your shoulders and not take everything too much to heart. It will be hard at first though I will admit. #pisdRISEchat
@PISD_RISE A9: To cope with stressful situations I like to talk it out with someone. Venting is allowing me to release all that tensed up energy. Or simply going for a short walk helps too! #pisdRISEchat
