حصل، كنت في شركة كان عندها مشكلة في الcash flow حصلت بعد ما خلصت الprobation period علي طول، الطبيعي ساعتها يمشوا الناس عشان مش عارفين يقبضوهم صح؟ لا المرتب كان بيتاخر وساعات يجي ناقص ، ولما تشتكي يقولك كلها شهرين والازمة تتحل ، ده طبعا اتسبب في ان نص الشركة مشيت بدون layoff :)

تجربة دخول السينما بقت ساعات بتتحول لكابوس، في ظاهرة قذرة بتزيد بشكل واضح.

عدد من الناس اللي في قاعة السينما اللي عندهم قلة ذوق وقلة أدب وكلاحة وبجاحة إنهم مش محترمين باقي القاعة ومستعدين يتكلموا ويهرجوا بصوت عالي أو عادي جدا يردوا على التليفون أو يفتحوه ويلعبوا ألعاب على الموبايل ونوره يضايق اللي حوليهم والأقذر تلاقيه حاطط جزمته فوق دماغك كإنه قاعد في زريبة.

أنا زهقت من إحساس مشرف الرحلة اللي قاعد يقول للشاب ده "الصوت بعد إذنك حضرتك"، وللأستاذة ديه "النور بعد إذنك جنابك" وللحاجة ديه "التليفون بعد إذن سعادتك" وللشابة ديه "ماتشلتيش في ظهر الكرسي بتاعي بعد إذن فخامتك".

إمتى بقى في إنعدام للإحساس والإدراك إنك بتضايق واحد جنبك وبتعكنن عليه وتبوظ تجربته اللي دافع فيها فلوس؟

والسؤال الأهم، ليه إنت دافع فلوس في دخول السينما وإنت مش مهتم تشوف الفيلم؟ ما تنزل تقعد في كافيه أو قهوة أو مطعم أو وفر فلوسك وأقعد في الليڤنج وأفتح فيلم بقى والعب على الموبايل براحتك واعمل تليفوناتك وهرج مع صحابك وعلى صوتك وجعر براحتك.

لازم على إدارة السينمات تتعامل مع الموضوع ده بحزم أكثر وتاخد إجراءات مع كل المزعجين وتطلب منهم تسيب السينما، لإن ناس كثير بقت مش عايزة تروح السينما لإنها مش هتعرف تتفرج وتتفاعل مع الفيلم وده معناه حتميا إيرادات أقل وخسائر للسينمات نفسها.

وللمزعجين أرحمونا يرحمكم الله، وعلى كل متضرر مايسكتش وياخد حقه وياخد موقف مع إدارة السينمات لحد ما نعرف نخش فيلم ونعرف فعلا نتفرج عليه.

The PR merges and goes to prod. You feel a shared sense of ownership and accomplishment.

That night you go to sleep and dream of that code. You can still see the shapes of it on the backs of your eyelids, your IDE syntax highlighting sparking neurons in your reptile brain.

You go to work the next day ready to go. You understand the system. N is your foundation. Time to build n+1.
