On our writ filed in SC challenging EC’s 24.06.25 order mandating Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in Bihar, SC refused stay but asked EC to consider Aadhaar & Ration Card. Next hearing on July 28.
We thank the Hon’ble Court for taking the first step in stopping voter disenfranchisement and backdoor NRC.
