HAPPY SURVIVAL, EBUKA LIVINUS
Today, we celebrate not merely a man, but a living testament to divine preservation, a triumph of hope over despair, and of justice over calculated oppression.
Ebuka Livinus was among the thirty-six Ebonyi inmates arrested in 2021 under circumstances that bore the unmistakable imprint of systemic overreach by oppressive security agents. Thereafter, they were arraigned on a litany of charges, charges which, upon judicial scrutiny, proved to be utterly frivolous and devoid of merit.
For a considerable period, ranging for over four years, Ebuka’s faith among others, in survival waned under the crushing weight of repeated injustice. The door of hope appeared firmly shut, until destiny, orchestrated by the divine hand of the Most High, intervened in a most extraordinary manner.
On no fewer than five successive occasions, before different Judges of the Ebonyi State High Court, Ebuka and his co-defendants were discharged and acquitted of grave allegations. Each judicial pronouncement was clear, unequivocal, and final. Yet, in a most disturbing affront to the rule of law, the State, undeterred by these judgments, persisted in a pattern of re-arresting them within the very precincts of the court immediately after each acquittal. Such conduct stood as a stark contradiction of justice and an egregious assault on constitutional liberty.
This cycle of injustice reached its crescendo following the fifth acquittal. At that decisive moment, I deemed it both necessary and imperative to seek an extraordinary order of court, one that would permit me to personally accompany the acquitted individuals to the Ebonyi State correctional facility to ensure immediate and unfettered compliance with the court’s judgment.
That application was graciously granted by the court.
With utmost urgency, resolve, and unwavering commitment, I ensured that the court’s order was not rendered nugatory. The chains of unlawful detention were finally broken, and Ebuka Livinus, alongside others, regained their long-denied freedom.
Today, Ebuka stands not as a victim of circumstance, but as a beneficiary of divine mercy, celebrating the immeasurable grace of God at a moment when all human hope had been extinguished.
We join him in thanksgiving, acknowledging the infinite mercy and boundless grace of the Almighty upon all who steadfastly believe in Him.
May His Holy Name be forever praised and glorified.
And may those who thrive on deceit, blackmail, and manipulative injustice ultimately reap the full consequences of their actions.
Amen.
We move.

Why Tinubu Needs To Release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu ASAP
People close to President Tinubu should tell him that for him to have a chance of winning the 2027 election, he needs to quickly release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. I repeat, he must release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and quickly too.
It is good for Tinubu to understand that this is not about converting every governor to APC or planning to use INEC to rig the election. It will not work. You need to quickly release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu now if you want your chances to be bigger.
I want to let Tinubu and his Yoruba people to understand that President Biden is no longer in power in America. Trump is now in power. Trump will not aid the rigging of the election in Nigeria like Biden and Obama did. In fact, he will frustrate all forms of rigging. Trump will have his eyes on Nigeria. Remember that Christian Gen0cide is already giving your administration a bad name in the global field. So you need to act quickly.
You can't say oh I have gotten the governors of the East, they will deliver me. You will be lying to yourself if you think that way. You will lose woefully and you will be surprised by what will happen to you. This is not a matter of calling yourself jagaban. We are ndị Igbo and we don't listen to anyone except our convictions. And don't think you will use INEC to declare yourself the winner and tell people to go to court. America will make things difficult for you in that regard.
Your best politics is to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
You must release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu or you will learn the hard way.

IPOB & ESN Have Been Peaceful For Over 10 Years – Direct Message To Nigerian Military From Lolo Nneka Chimezie https://t.co/tLePX7Bxvg
Why is the Nigerian Army still heavily deployed in the South East, which is currently the most peaceful region in Nigeria?
In this powerful video message, Lolo Nneka Chimezie, National President of the Igbo Women Assembly (IWA), calls on the Nigerian Military to redirect their energy and resources to the North and Kwara State where insecurity has significantly increased.
She states that IPOB and ESN are peaceful organizations and questions why the military has remained in the South East for over a decade while real insecurity continues to escalate in other parts of the country. According to her, the insecurity in the South East has been sponsored by the Federal Government through non-state actors. WATCH HERE https://t.co/tLePX7Bxvg
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is innocent before the law
Those who abducted him and illegally sentence him to life imprisonment are the ones who committed a crime
Self determination is a right not a crime
Nigeria govt and their cohorts should know that
#FreeMaziNnamdiKanu
If you still don’t understand how unjust MAZI NNAMDI KANU’s conviction is, listen to this video & read Art. 20, African Charter on Human & Peoples Rights, a Nigerian Law that was ignored in the rush to nail #MNK, just because some forces feel threatened by his surging popularity.
The future is bright, and the South East is ready.
Our South East Maths Olympiad winners will be representing us at the International STEM Olympiad in Rome, Italy, from July 2nd–8th.
It is a proud moment to see our children prepared to shine, compete, and make us proud on the global stage.
The #PalmSunday massacre of Christians in #JosNigeria (by Islamists) underscores the urgency of creating a “sovereign safe zone” for Christians in Nigeria.
This is the only permanent & sensible solution to the unbridled carnage/terror that has convulsed Nigeria to no end & martyred thousands of Christians.
And it’s on record that this is the solution the #Biafrans had long suggested but instead of considering it, the Governemnt of Nigeria resorted to renditioning & imprisoning MAZI NNAMDI KANU for life.
That said, it has now become more urgent & compelling for comity of nations & world leaders (especially @realDonaldTrump & @Keir_Starmer) to prevail on @officialABAT to free Mazi Nnamdi Kanu & initiate prompt steps towards achieving a permanent solution that will create a space where Christians would have the sovereign right to defend themselves & their territory.
In all we do, don't forget that the restoration of Biafra is the "mother project" is what brought us together. It's the foundational and paramount mission for which millions of us are here.
Therefore, this mother project overrides anybody's personal interests, political careers, or family matters within the struggle and Inasmuch as we recognize and acknowledge the sacrifices made by millions of people - those killed, jailed, and disappeared - the "mother project" is greater than any single individual.
People's recklessness or unnecessary interference from some individuals should not sabotage the IPOB's overall goal, and our success depends on unity, consistency, dedication, and maintaining that single focus in order to restore Biafra.

NIGERIA 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬
Dear @RepRileyMoore,
KILLING OF CHRISTIANS IN NIGERIA
We write as a Pan African group concerned with the killings of Christians by Jihadists in Nigeria 🇳🇬.
We write to you with urgency and deep frustration regarding the report you laid before USA Congress on the ongoing killings of Christians in Nigeria.
What has become of that report? What concrete action has followed? Silence and inaction in the face of such grave atrocities going on now with slaughter if more peopke in Jos are no longer acceptable.
There is a growing and troubling perception that the United States is choosing to look away, possibly due to strategic or commercial interests.
Is the current administration soft-pedaling on the Nigerian government for the sake of “commercial diplomacy”? If so, this raises serious moral and ethical questions.
The reality on the ground in Nigeria is dire. The government of @officialABAT has repeatedly shown disregard for the rule of law, openly ignoring court orders, including those from international bodies such as the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention.
Reports of unlawful renditions and the absence of any respect for the principle of non-refoulement point to a system that is failing its own people and defying international norms.
Even more alarming are persistent allegations that extremist elements have penetrated state institutions, with claims of complicity or, at minimum, gross negligence.
There are accounts suggesting that armed groups are being enabled to operate brazenly—attacking communities, seizing weapons, and undermining national security without meaningful resistance.
The targeted killing of Christians during this sacred Lenten period only underscores the severity of the crisis. These are not isolated incidents; they are part of a sustained pattern of violence that demands urgent and decisive international response.
How many more lives must be lost before meaningful action is taken? Is the value of human life being weighed against oil, economic interests, or political convenience? The comparison is being made, and it is deeply concerning.
We ask you directly: where do you stand now, and what are you prepared to do? History will not look kindly on silence or indifference in the face of such suffering.
I expect a clear and substantive response.
Sincerely,
Dr.David Nyekorach - Matsanga
