Build a humanoid robot yourself! 🪚

OpenArm is an open-source humanoid robot. 

It comes with full CAD, control code, firmware, and simulation tools, everything needed to build, modify, and operate it.

The arms are designed to be compliant and backdrivable. Teleoperation is supported, with force feedback and real-time gravity compensation so operators can guide the arm naturally.

Super important, on the simulation side, OpenArm works with platforms like MuJoCo and Isaac Sim, letting developers test policies in virtual environments before running on hardware. 

Assemble it yourself from a kit or get it prebuilt, the goal is accessibility for research labs, small teams, and enthusiasts.

The project is run by @enactic_ai in Tokyo, Japan, and aims to lower the barrier for experimenting with dexterous manipulation.

Q: How is Notion evolving and positioning itself nowadays?

Q: What if my team is already comfortable in the tools their using and don't want to learn a new tool?
A: Thanks to Notion's extensibility, whether that's MCP, API, or SDKs, you really don't need to touch Notion to use it. You can work wherever you want and have Notion live as the brain/context for those tools and workflows.

Q: How do you see organizations really benefitting from using Notion?
A: Notion's value really becomes exponential when you start thinking about the amount of tools Notion can help your team replace. Notion can be the homepage for your company for docs, wikis, meeting notes, project management, etc. Having one place for everything makes people much more productive.

OpenAI 刚刚发布了一份非常详细的 GPT Image 2.5 Prompt 指南，而且完全免费！
这份指南把图片生成和编辑时，提示词到底该怎么写，讲得非常清楚。

其中一个很重要的原则是：
先说清楚你最终想要什么，再描述画面细节。
一条完整的图片提示词，最好依次交代：最终用途、主体、构图、风格、光线、材质、文字，以及不能出现什么（负面提示词）。

如果图片里需要生成指定文字，最好直接用引号写出需要出现的完整内容，同时明确说明文字的位置、字体风格和视觉效果，并额外要求：不要生成任何多余文字、Logo 或水印。

对于image 2.5的拿手好戏，图片编辑，要想做到言出法随，不要只告诉模型“改什么”，还要明确告诉它：哪些东西绝对不能动。

比如提示词这么写：只把画面中的白色椅子改成木质椅子，保持原来的镜头角度、构图、光线、阴影、背景和其他家具完全不变。

这个思路其实很实用，模型越来越强大，再也不用像一年前用Nanobanana或者Mj，需要大段大段专业术语，但是提示词的框架还是有一定的范式，这是不会变的。

官方还特别建议，复杂图片不要一次改太多东西。
一次只修改一个变量，然后把上一张生成结果继续作为下一次编辑的输入，也就是说如果改的多，更建议用多轮修改的方式。
这样可以最大程度减少反复修改之后，人物、构图和细节越来越跑偏的问题。
