Twenty one people, including 12 foreign nationals, were killed in a fire that destroyed a five storey building in Malviya Nagar in South Delhi. Police said the foreign nationals belonged to Nigeria(4), and Mozambique(2) in Africa, Kyrgyzstan (2), Turkmenistan (1) and Bangladesh(1), Liberia (1), Uzbekistan (1). Most of them were medical tourists who had come to India for treatment, or were accompanying patients.
