Huge thanks to the team at @stripe for rolling out @Sourcegraph for all their devs to code better with less toil. We're Stripe customers/fans as well, so we're thrilled it's mutual. To all Stripes: send your feedback and complaints our way (in our shared channel)!
I had the pleasure of talking to the fantastic @rmurphey for Swarmia's Engineering Unblocked podcast about the last 5 years of growth for myself and the Developer Productivity team at @stripe

Stripe is a company of developers, and a company building for developers.
So we spend a lot of time thinking about how to make sure developers have productive days.
Excited to welcome @OkayHQ to the team to build more effectiveness tools for Stripe engineers.

Friends: the only thing that made me better at interviewing for jobs was interviewing for jobs.
To that end, I've blocked off 5pmโ6pm EST M-F for the rest of the year for mock interviews. Happy to give either a technical or non-technical interview:

Stripe has upstreamed our internal changes to Rubyfmt: https://t.co/y1XbMmB5PN. I haven't cut a release yet but please clone and check out the branch down and try it out. This is the first daily drivable build of Rubyfmt.
This thread is a great read, but I'd also like to just generally show some public appreciation for @rmurphey and how she's made us think more holistically about the internal developer experience at @stripe.
In the last 9 months, working with leaders in the @stripe Developer Productivity org, I advocated for and established a team and a measurement framework to understand and improve the software engineering experience at @stripe.
