Apart from the chart, $CCSI just had great earnings:
EPS $1.41 vs $1.26 est (+12% beat)
Full-year FCF $106M (+20% YoY)
→ enough to buy back ~20-25% of shares at these levels
Started a new Position at $24.24 , 2% allocation
