Can't even open my garage without having a pop-up ad telling me to subscribe to one of your services. I'll be replacing my garage door with one from @TheGenieCompany and will never recommend @Chamberlain again.
@Chamberlain It's disgusting and despicable that customers who buy your "smart home" products are not given the option to integrate directly with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home, SmartThings, or Matter, and have to pay to integrate with *select* "partner" vehicles.
This has been a complaint for quite some time now. Your own smart hub product (falsely) advertises integration with these services, and now you're taking away customers ability to use the open source Home Assistant software? @myQConnect app is full of ads now, too.
@MikeSievert@TMobileCFO@TMobile is becoming the #ReCarrier! Getting rid of JoD, removing autopay discounts for credit cards, then the "device connection charge", chargjng extra for the privilege of promotions, and now automatically moving people to the more expensive plans? WTF
@CoxHelp The saga conginues. While it was temporarily fixed, it's happening again today. The only way to stop it from blocking the "malicious" IP is to disable Advanced Security. And because. Panoramic Wifi and Advanced Security are powered by @plume software, Plume needs to look into it.
@ecobee Is your service down? My thermostats are not connecting to the service, but they can communicate with my router and ping other sites. Rebooting modem fixed it temporarily. No special security settings on my gateway. Pinging https://t.co/C7h4lIWR4J doesn't work.
@CaraFreemanGolf@CoxHelp@ecobee If there is no notification, go to the account tab and tap Notification Center. Look for a notification that says "Please take action" with your thermostat's name and tap "See risk", then follow the prompts. I had to do it this way, but it seems to have fixed the problem so far.
@CaraFreemanGolf@CoxHelp@ecobee I don't know about a Threat History screen as I couldn't find one in the Cox Wifi app, but there should be a notification on the home tab that says Panoramic Wifi blocked a potential security threat. If you tap "Help me fix it" and go through the prompts, it should fix it.
I found the problem. @CoxHelp, Panoramic Wifi Advanced Security thinks my @ecobee thermostats are a "potential security risk" and has blocked them from connecting to the cloud service. There is no way to get around this other than disable "Advanced" Security. @CoxHelp, fix this.
@ecobee My thermostats keep saying they're disconnected. Theyre connected to the router, and diagnostics can ping the router and Cludflare DNS. I rebooted my router and they synced up again, but now they're offline again. Is the service having trouble? The site says operational.
@UScellular I know UScellular can't tell me if T-Mobile will activate a device, and I know I can use it on wifi. I'm just trying to find out if the UScellular version of the Samsung Galaxy S9+ 5G tablet is sold SIM unlocked.
@UScellularCares What is the unlock policy for a @UScellular variant of the @SamsungMobileUS Galaxy Tab S9+ 5G for a person who does not live in a UScellular market but purchased the device from Samsung because it supports @TMobile's LTE and 5G Frequency bands?
@UScellular It's not a phone, by the way, it's a tablet. You don't sell the Tab S9+ 5G directly, and your site doesn't even show tablet plans. The link you provided also only mentions iPhones and Android Phones. Nothing about iPads and tablets.
@UScellular So let me get this straight. I live in an area (Las Vegas, NV) where I literally cannot sign up for @UScellular service (your site won't let me), I purchased a device from Samsung (without carrier financing), and you're telling me I can't unlock a device you don't sell directly.
Side note: I'm very disappointed @SamsungMobileUS didn't release either an unlocked variant or a @TMobile variant of the Tab S9+ 5G for pre-order. I skipped the S8+ 5G because it wasn't a significant upgrade from my S7+ 5G, and now I don't have a direct upgrade path with 5G.
