@flannelsfashion my order placed on 9 September for Christmas gifts (the item was still on sale until earlier today) was just cancelled as out of stock!! How did you take orders and not know how much stock you need after 2 months?! So annoyed!

@shirley51079929 I sent via a post office and unfortunately I wasn’t told that perfumes cannot be sent internationally. On reflection, perhaps I should’ve checked but I just didn’t think to. The PO have kindly been in touch and are looking into it for me.

Sent Xmas gift parcel to US via @RoyalMail @PostOffice not realising perfumes prohibited. Tracking today says "disposed of contents". Surely it would've been better to send back to me?! RM CS say not eligible for complaint or compensation so out of pocket to the tune of £200!

Despite paying almost £40 for international tracked and signed for postage too and not being told in the PO that I couldn't send perfumes! Just can't get my head around why not just send back to sender in these circumstances?? @RoyalMail @PostOffice
