@SimpliiFin I am not applying for anything. I already have a Simplii mortgage. I have been a Simplii mortgage holder for six years. Never in my life have I been rerouted to CIBC staff, let alone CIBC staff who follow an entirely different process for mortgage servicing than Simplii.

@SimpliiFin is there a reason why your mortgage customers can’t actually call and speak to Simplii staff and have to be routed through 600 different CIBC staff who apparently don’t deal with Simplii and have entirely different processes? Why can’t I call Simplii directly?
