@DavidSvendsen@minzi8mango@unusual_whales Where's your proof that the fella running the whale account saw this post? If youre gonna make a claim like that you need something more than "trust me bro"
@DorothyTheSaint @djextensivespyz @krassenstein Yeah, because selfish assholes couldn't find it in them to sacrifice for the health of the country. But those same selfish assholes now want to sacrifice American blood to "protect" a foreign country
@DebZ6063@IntelX639@GuntherEagleman Literally the same hype that concerts and other events do "Monster Rally is coming to take over NYC on SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY"
"The Bills are coming to conquer NYC and show theyre the only NY team"
"Taylor Swift and her fans are taking over NYC for her tour"
@HaroldBizeney@micyoung75 It's pretty simple if you consider a poll worker not willing to verify documents for folks registered republican.
How is it that hard to imagine for you guys?
@Libertyordaeth@aakashgupta I mean, we already track businesses and proposed mergers go through analysis before the rubber stamp approval. If they already ignore the glaring issues with ones that went through already with barbecues rules, what makes you think they wont ignore even tougher approval criteria?
@Libertyordaeth@aakashgupta I believe we already have the tools that yield the info needed, its the people approving the mergers that are the problem. When you have the votes just not follow the rules by specious interpretation of them, it all breaks down. That needs breaking the lobbyist cycle to fix
@Libertyordaeth@aakashgupta Mostly correct, the exception is when there's limited competition, which is of course why we see the merger craze of the past 20 years. That allows enshitification across entire sectors of the economy to persist. See telecoms, airlines, other restaurant conglomerates
@Flatwoodscreep@Bobbarker951@TheAmishDude@aakashgupta Maybe these cost obsessed fellas will realize the way to consistently have 0 outlays is to not be in business. Maybe then companies will start returning to being happy with the naturally generated profits from a business that provides quality goods and services.
@Bobbarker951@_maliante@TheAmishDude@aakashgupta Would they worry about wage increases if they never started the company?
Nobody forces anyone into business, part of the risk of doing business is dealing with sudden cost increases.
