My favorite one so far was テレハラ (terehara), which I'd translated as "work-from-home harassment." It's basically when coworkers spy on things in the background of your zoom screen, and having that used to create a hostile work environment.

Fun fact: Japanese has words for this particular brand of hostile work environment. Matahara and patahara (maternity/paternity harassment). Japanese has so many words for different forms of work harassment.
