@AmericanAir I just spent an entire year trying to achieve Platinum status and on the flight I achieved it, you delivered the absolutely worst customer experience I have ever had in my entire flying life. I will be in touch but you might have just lost a customer.
@AmericanAir I spent an entire flight with an INOP tray table, and had to very-carefully eat the food I purchased and brought on board. Was told to see a ticketing agent but my delayed initial leg caused me to nearly miss the connection (so no time). How can we make this right?
