@MAS very bad service. Book another airline instead of this cheap one. You will suffer huge loss if you book this one. They close their counter early and no one will be there to assist.

You have to pay for another flight. After that they will put blame on booking apps.

As per executive ( who visited once) it will not get replaced or repaired as it is our fault. But we don't have done anything to it .why would we ???
