@smitadeshmukh I had shared by experience few months ago in goa ! Just no response from gomiles ! The situation is worse , my friend living in there says cant do anything.. keep trying & looking for cabs ! CM cant do much about it, the local union is very strong.

@DrPramodPSawant Ji The local taxi problem in goa is REAL. I tried booking through GoaMiles app for 30 minutes. No taxis available! Worse was when the app took money into its wallet leaving me helpless with no options. After lot of calls here & there got a local contact of some cab vendor, who charged 2600 for Siaolim - Morjim - Airport ( MOPA ) @GOAMILES1 @TourismGoa Is this how a tourists should experience goa? Such a unreliable & corrupt taxi system

२ आठवड्यात २ GR हे वाचून, आणि धक्का बसला

काही अतिशय गंभीर प्रश्न निर्माण होतात 

१) निविदा का नाही ? १२०० एकर सरकारी जमीन, कोट्यवधींचा व्यवहार, मग निविदा का टाळली? स्पर्धा झाली असती तर जास्त भाडे मिळालं नसते का?

2) जूनमध्ये ही जमीन महाऊर्जामार्फत सार्वजनिक-खासगी भागीदारी (PPP) तत्त्वावर ग्रीन एनर्जी पार्कसाठी देण्याचा निर्णय झाला होता. मग अवघ्या तीन महिन्यांत, सप्टेंबरमध्ये, तीच १२०० एकर जमीन थेट एकाच खासगी कंपनीला का? हा बदल कोणाच्या सांगण्यावरून झाला? जीआरमध्ये याचे एकही कारण नाही!

३) ४८ वर्ष आणि पुन्हा ४८ वर्षांचा पट्टा ? आधी ५ वर्ष देऊन पहायला नको का ?

४) सुरक्षा ठेव माफ ? का ? हे करण्याची काय गरज

५) समूहातील कंपन्यांना परस्पर उपभाडेपट्टा (sub lease) देत येणार आणि त्याला शेती महामंडळाचची NOC नको? हे ताबडतोब कमी केले पाहिजे.

६ ) सार्वजनिक हितासाठीही जमीन परत घ्यायला कंपनीची परवानगी लागणार ? सार्वजनिक हितासाठी जर जमीन लागणार असेल तर ही ती नक्कीच परत घेतली पाहिजे.

७) विक्री झाल्यास पहिला हक्क कंपनीचा? हे तर अजिबात मान्य करता येणार नाही. हा हक्क त्यांना कशासाठी ? जमीन सरकारची आहे आणि सरकारचीच राहिली पाहिजे.

ह्या जमिनीवर सौर ऊर्जा प्रकल्प उभा केला जमणार असेल तर ती कमी दरात वीज उपलब्ध करून दिली जाणार आहे का?

नाही ना ?

मग त्याचे टेंडर काढून जास्तीत ज्यास्त भाडे देणाऱ्या कंपनीला ही जमीन दिली गेली पाहिजे. सिक्योरिटी डिपाजिट आले पाहिजे, sublease condition वगळण्यात आली पाहिजे आणि विक्री वरचा पहिला हक्क तर नक्कीच वगळला पाहिजे.

महाराष्ट्राची आर्थिक स्थिती बिकट आहे. ह्याची काळजी असेल तर सुप्रिया सुळे ह्यांनी स्वतः ही मागणी करायला हवी.

You have extremely busy schedule but as admirer of your work it is important for Maharashtra that you remain CM for atleat 10 more years from now. You are not visible with common people. @smitadeshmukh We can call todays incident outside Shivaji Park as a gathering of some 1000 -2000 people. Mumbai has approx 8-10 lac college students, not even half % was there. Mostly SFI, communist & republican party cares & workers were seen.
