@OctopusEnergy smart meters changed today while I was at work (only notified by email a few hours before) now my in house hub no longer works and no data is being collected 😡😡
@MAUNConsulting@O2 I’m having the same problem been 2 weeks now. Turns out they’ve been sent to an old email address I no longer use but I’m unable to link my virgin account with o2 with the new email address. It won’t let me 😩😡
@GreggsOfficial@o2 app machine not working in my local Greggs so had to pay full price for my coffee (had saved the £1 treat for today) and also lost out on the Greggs point when paying full price 😩😡
@InPostUK could you kindly ask your drivers not to throw parcels to the back of locker compartments please?When you’re only 5’ & try to retrieve a parcel from top level and it’s been thrown to the back it’s impossible. Ended up with a cut hand today due to struggling to reach 😡

@RoyalMail waiting for an item that was “out for delivery” on 28/03/2026. No qr code sent to collect it from the locker it should’ve been delivered to. 50 mins wait on your phone line which I can’t afford so what do I do??? 😡
@nxwestmidlands driver talking on his phone all the way from Dudley to upper Gornal. Even though it was hands free surely he wasn’t in complete control of the bus and certainly not concentrating 😡
