Those fiery orange eyes aren't a sign of bad luck. They're a sign that nature is watching.
Meet the Indian Eagle Owl, also known as the Rock Eagle Owl. One of India's most majestic birds, it is often feared because of old myths and superstitions, even though it plays a vital role in keeping nature in balance.
This young fledgling was rescued by Atharva and his team after they found it slightly dehydrated. With proper care and patience, it has made a full recovery and is now ready to return to the rocky landscapes it calls home.
Feeding on rodents, reptiles and other small animals, the Indian Eagle Owl helps control pests and maintain healthy ecosystems.
One gentle rescue has given this incredible bird a second chance where it truly belongs, back in the wild.
