wtf is up with these Grab drivers cancelling rides literally a minute or 2 away from pick-up after making you wait for several minutes to get to your pick-up point? if u don’t want to make the trip don’t take the ride or cancel immediately
i even had to contact the restaurant myself to ask if they can give me the already prepared food for the new order i placed. sobrang hassle ng system niyo and your chat options didn’t help. (3)

this rider kept insisting that his bag is too small to make the delivery and he hasn’t even seen the order. nagsabi pa kung kelan almost prepared na ng restaurant. (1)
add to that, when he asked for your assistance, instead of just giving me a new rider, you cancelled the whole order altogether. i had to re-order and nadelay pa ng 30 minutes ang delivery because of it. (2)
