@CMOMaharashtra @PiyushGoyalOffc when Property Tax is collected by BMC then why can't BMC repair the potholes? See condition of road in front of Western Edge, Borivali East. BMC is so greedy tht thy will not repair the road being pvt road but actually used commonly @mybmc

Filed rectification to AO, raised concern to ORM CPC MAIL ID - & filed CIT Appeal. Waste of time & money of assessee & department also but they work to show targets of fictitious demands.

@nsitharamanoffc @GST_Council @FinMinIndia Atleast Premium paid by individuals whether be in group policy be exempt from GST. The same is workable if PAN details matching with subscriber member name are sought at time of policy payment.

@nsitharamanoffc @GST_Council @FinMinIndia Remove GST on group insurance cover for employees as well. There is no ITC benefit anyway available to organisation. Infact in some group policies like one initiated by ICAI, premium are borne by subscribing individual members only.

@CMOMaharashtra Magathane Metro (in front of western Edge, Borivali east) ki Road भी बदहाल है . Pls look into it. Moreover traffic police made the service road as NO RIGHT ENTRY putting entire pressure on MAGATHANE SIGNAL JUNCTION added with flyover work going on for last 3-4 years.

@abhealthin in another recent cashless claim of my brother for cataract surgery, ABHEALTH gave full approval for 1 eye & made deduction in 2nd eye approval!.No sublimit clause as the policy is Active One Max policy but stil 10k deduction! What really happening at @abhealthin

@abhealthin @FinMinIndia As per ABHEALTH pre & post hospitalisation are segregate incidence to main hospitalisation & has no relation so as to consider the overall treatment cost - just becos of malafide intention to dishonour claim. So entire ins. industry selling policy with deductible is misselling?

@abhealthin If ABHEALTH contends that deductible of 25k is to be considered seperately again after claimant comes for reimbursement over & above main hospitalisation claim which got processed from other insurer, the deductible clause is fake in insurance industry. @FinMinIndia

@abhealthin If main claim of Hospitalisation is settled under corporate cover of company with other insurer, why the pre- post hospitalisation reimbursement cannot be reimbursed by AB HEALTH under individual policy? Health Insurance is contract of indemnity & cannot be denied ?

Means for taking Revenue, govt is ready but for expense - this is not my road! @PMOIndia @uddhavthackeray
