When you feel stressed - meditate
When you feel low energy - exercise
When you feel tired - rest
No matter how you feel:
Don't complain, find a solution instead.

Step 2 - Inhale into the belly for 4 seconds
Step 3 - Hold breath for 4 seconds
Step 4 - Exhale for 6 seconds
Repeat for 3 rounds.
