@KateVasey And also not forgetting we’re paying VAT on glasses, not insignificant on complex lenses, without which many of us couldn’t get through the day safely, has always felt like an unfair eyesight tax
@AvivaUK House insurance renewal up 23%, on top of 19% increase last year…really? I get inflation is high, but this seems frankly ridiculous. Are you keen to keep customers? How can I get a sensible renewal quote please?
@BurgerKingUK Wondering if Fourwentways / A11 services branch could help…on Friday evening my AirPods fell out of my car door. I picked up my case but just realised they both fell out! It’s a 2 hr drive each way…long shot but could someone have a look in the car park please?
@CoxHelp I’m receiving order details & bill reminders for one of your customers, I guess they mistyped their email address. I tried live chat to let you know, agent unwilling/unable to help. If you DM me I can provide account number so you can contact the account owner
@SimonJHadley@thetrainline Ah didn’t even know you could add it directly to own Trainline app (even if maybe not for 2nd card holder), will watch for a reply from thetrainline
Thanks Erin, useful reminders and will make sure apps updated to latest version. Is there an option anywhere online to control AmazonMusic playback so you can force stop whatever stream is showing as being played? Rather than having to try each device in turn to find the culprit
@amazonmusic@Sonos trying to play AmazonMusic on my Sonos, after playing one playlist fine I now get an incorrect error “Amazon Music is currently playing on another device. Pause playback on that device if you wish to resume streaming on your Sonos” any ideas how to fix?
@SimonJHadley@HeyCisco Not quite what you want, however if you had both the ppt & excel files in Box and edit with Office Online then you’d both see live updates as you’re each editing, either of you could share the screen with both open. Agreed dual sharing would be neat though
Hi @GarminUK my Forerunner 45 tends to crash / reboot itself a fair bit which loses all the steps so far that day or the activity just completed / being saved. It’s running the latest software according to Garmin Express. Any ideas? Or might it be faulty?
@edfenergy Hi EDF Energy, I transferred to a new supplier in April and still waiting for a final electricity bill, despite chasing via email. Final gas bill has a credit on it. Please can you sort bill & refund..it’s been almost 6 months!
Photos of the bulbs advertised as A+, so am feeling a bit mis-sold having paid more for the bulbs plus delivery. (would have preferred to email but your cust services email is not available.) Please could you advise in case I’ve missed something here...? Thanks (2/2)
@jlandpcustserv Hi JLP, I recently ordered some bulbs rated as A+ (https://t.co/hWjS2n54VD), double the price of ones in Waitrose which presumably was due to those being D rating. I was surprised to find that your A+ rated as also D rated according to the box! (1/2)
@RichDAdams @monzo A good answer at https://t.co/aVhTXDMqZ5 on that topic. I posted one recently & it was pretty quick. Much faster than Halifax’s cheque imaging which has never worked & just crashes the app. Challenger bank shedding legacy baggage but providing a manual process, sounds good to me!
@virginmedia can you help with a hub upgrade? Superhub 1 and the WiFi coverage is awful. (No service issues, and have done factory reset etc) website says free upgrade available, however just gives error online. Complaint C-220820442 sent & response was poor...pls can you help?
