Microsoft, why cant I log into my 20+ year old email? Why is it saying "You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password."
I have 2FA and a backup email + phone number. Why wouldnt you simply ask for the 2FA code???

Selling items on @eBay_UK is so painful now. Buyers can retract bids mid auction (how is this allowed??!), buyers dont pay, buyers can just cancel auctions they have won. They've done everything possible to make selling on ebay painful. No wonder so many alternatives are popular

The new @Trading212 update is one of the worst UI updates I've ever seen in an app. Its like the design has been made by someone who doesnt use the app.
The @DVLAgovuk incompetence needs to be investigated by someone. They wont refund me a tax refund because they are confusing a previous tax refund and saying Ive already been paid - but I havn't been for this one and the number on the letter doesnt ring...it instantly hangs up
why @Apple can I not add a billing address without a phone number. Ive added a mobile number in the mobile number field. I don't have a phone number!!!! Why wont it let me submit if the mobile number field is filled in?!
The shopping process on asos is actually abysmal. Password reset didn't work, had to reset twice. Upon logging in my entire basket got wiped - lost everything and gave up. No wonder the company is struggling
Hey @Zipcar your online services are nothing short of terrible. Your phone number reset is more involved than my bank account. You dont need me holding up a picture with writing on it to change my phone number for a car hire service. Your delete account also doesnt work.
Hey @Hyperoptic . Ive been a loyal customer of yours now for a year+. I have your 1GB service. My renewal is coming up and your "best" offer is Β£10 more than the exact same service for a new customer - directly from your website. Why dont you give loyal customers this same price?
Hey @thameswater , you incorrectly assigned my water meter to my neighbours house, and vice versa. I live alone yet have been paying for a family of 4s water for a year+. For months I have been calling you to fix this yet you have done nothing. I will spoon speak to @BBCWatchdog
Not sure whats changed but it seems like now I have to be super careful and over engineer my prompts for @ChatGPTapp or else I get massive excess in the response from it.
The CEO of @thameswater Chris Weston needs to call Thames water with an issue and if he gets hung up on or the person doesnt seem to have a clue, he gets fired.
1 hour of calling and 3 different people have hung up on me.
