Firstly it's a knock on. Secondly if it was possibly backwards the ref's position will see a knock on. Thirdly the clear error is made by Tupou, not the ref so why not just ask how did you drop that.

@SeaEagleSpur Surely he doesn't do time for that. Players in wrong positions are realising it and pulling out of those tackles. Sometimes it's just penalty sufficient, play on. No report or suspension needed.
