今天查了半天 ChatGPT 的 API 额度。我用 Google Play 订阅 Pro，但 ChatGPT 和 API 的 Billing 页面都没找到领取入口。

问了 OpenAI 支持，目前还在核查资格和原因。官方说开放与账号所属批次和国家有关，但还没确认我的具体情况。
