First of all, their AI customer support is ridiculous! It's almost impossible to connect with a real person. And when you finally get through to a chat agent, all they say is, "Please wait 2 days, we can't do anything right now."

so I refused to accept the damaged product.

Now their delivery partner isn't updating the rejected delivery status on Flipkart, and for the past 3 WEEKS, I've been constantly calling customer support with absolutely NO RESOLUTION.

I ordered a fridge from @Flipkart during the Big Billion Days sale almost 3 weeks ago, and what a horrible experience it has been!

First, their delivery team showed up 2 days after the scheduled delivery date with a DENTED fridge. Thankfully, it was an Open Box Delivery,

Just saw @marclou’s post about his @trust_mrr account getting suspended overnight… and it really hit me.

We’ve been using TrustMRR for our own product(https://t.co/o43p8gQnoY) for a long time now, so when I saw what happened to him, I felt the same shock, because the exact same thing just happened to my account @PolyHistorical.

This was my very first startup. I noticed a real problem in prediction markets: most backtests look great on paper, but when people actually trade, they lose money because they don’t have access to real historical order book data, only closing prices. So I built PolyHistorical to fix that.

I started sharing honest educational content, real backtesting strategies, explanations about slippage, liquidity, and why many “high win-rate” strategies fail in live markets. No automation at all. Just me writing and posting organically.

In a short time, the account grew to around 100 followers, all people who genuinely found the content and the tool useful. I was really excited and proud of this small but meaningful journey.Then suddenly, without any warning or explanation, @PolyHistorical was suspended. I’ve submitted multiple appeals, but I only receive automated replies with no real explanation.

I truly believe I didn’t break any rules. I was just an indie developer sharing my first startup journey and trying to help others avoid costly mistakes.
