@wvEsquiress Appreciate that while relatively simple ingredients, this meal is incredibly labor intensive. My wife's grandmother would spend all day making them. In the Pittsburgh and Upper Ohio Valley areas, they are lovingly referred to as "hunky hand grenades". They are yummy and filling.

@RyanDeto I believe that there will also be a train between Philadelphia and Reading, which should help alleviate a very congested US 422 Corridor. PGH to HBG would easily support 4 or 5 round trips per day.
