We informed the delivery people and company people right away. But we were told that since we gave the ‘otp’ when asked by the delivery guys, it meant that we were satisfied with the product. Mind you, all of these things happened within 5 minutes.

Worst first time experience with @SamsungWashing machine.

I ordered Samsung front load washing machine online. 2 min after the delivery, I found that one of the leg-sides is damaged, making it impossible to stand. #WorstSamsung

Jfyi the termination point is hardly 100-150m from my house.I am in urgent need for the wifi and being an ex-Jio employee thought Jio Fiber to be the best for my use. But now after this service , i guess i have to look for other options.
