Flipkart has become a scam paradise & their delivery partners are not far behind. Even for Open Box Delivery, they insist on getting the delivery OTP first. Every single time, I have to literally argue with the delivery guy to open the item in front of the camera.
I have already stopped buying laptops and mobiles from #Flipkart. #Amazon is not much better either, returned or used items being sent, and when something goes wrong, there is no real human to contact anymore. Everyone is comfortably hiding behind AI and automated loops.
After the last few experiences, I have honestly learnt that offline premium Apple resellers like #Unicorn can give better deals, but only if you ask for it.
At least offline, there is a real person in front of you, not a bot, not a fake “delivered” update, and not a delivery person begging for OTP before doing their job.

Tracking ID: 168100705413- I have CCTV footage showing that your delivery partners are being pressured by their seniors to mark orders as delivered just to meet SLA targets like guaranteed 8am-12noon delivery etc, without making any actual delivery attempt. So my order was falsely marked delivered at 12:05pm! Needless to say, this causes unnecessary stress for customers, especially when there is no way to reach a real human or the delivery partner to check the actual status of the order. So much for Prime delivery.

My next-day delivery order #171-8823020-0753900 was marked by @amazon as "damaged in transit and returned to the sender". Now, instead of issuing a refund, @amazonIN placed itself a replacement order at 0 charge without my consent, order #408-9131062-2647558, with no clear delivery date.
Since I did not want an uncertain replacement, I cancelled the replacement order before shipping successfully and expected the refund for my original order.
Now I am stuck in limbo. The original order says a replacement was placed, while the replacement order says it was cancelled with no charge.
So where exactly is my refund for the original paid order?

@airlivenet This is quite sloppy reporting from you. First of all, that is not Ai, it’s CGI. Second, the Russian Knights acrobatics team do have those flags on their planes. They represent countries they visited, it has nothing to do with geopolitical alliances.

@Zeptonow What an ordeal just to initiate a return/exchange when there is no human support in the process. Your platform keeps rejecting the photos saying the issue is not visible. Even a blind person can see that one dropper is missing the silicone bulb on top and appears used with droplets still inside. Yet your AI cannot detect it. Please resolve this. Order #HQMRGLKNP31114
@BlueDartCares Waybill #35672363672: No delivery attempt was made, yet the status was wrongly marked as “Consignee Not Available” on 31 Dec for an important bank delivery. This is highly unprofessional and looks like a deliberate bulk rescheduling tactic. We have CCTV coverage all around, no one came to our location. Please investigate and arrange delivery ASAP.

Both of these orders were cancelled before dispatch and Amazon confirmed the cancellations. However, refunds for a combined total of Rs. 14,000+ are still pending. I was forced to cancel because your seller changed the guaranteed delivery date without any notification, from 15th Oct (before Diwali) to 25th Oct.
I contacted your online chat and phone support, both of which failed to resolve the issue. In fact, I was advised to cancel and re-order if an earlier delivery date was shown. Following that advice, I cancelled and reordered, only to face the same delay again.
Your Customer Service not only gave misleading advice but also refused to connect me with a supervisor, adding to the frustration. Even now, if you check the item page, it still shows sponsored the same item listing with pre-Diwali guaranteed delivery, which is misleading to customers.

This order was returned due to a color mismatch with the listing. The item was picked up on 3rd Oct, and tracking confirms it was received by the seller on 5th Oct. The refund date has been changed twice, first from 8th Oct to 10th Oct, and now 12th Oct, yet there is no progress. I’ve contacted every possible support channel, but no resolution has been provided. If this continues, I will have no choice but to initiate a chargeback with my card provider. The inability to reach a supervisor, the bot-based responses, and the poorly trained support staff have caused significant mental distress.
