How can one subscribe for internet service @mtnfiberx since Aug.25 & unable to browse due to blockage from back end office excuse till today. Same thing in the past 2month subscriptions that no service for almost 3weeks out of 8wks

Now I paid for service since Aug.25 & yet no service
