Trying to book a @BritishGas homecare electrical appointment is a nightmare… tried calling and directs to a text to book online …. I go online and the system is down. Why does it have to be so difficult to book a repair after I’m paying almost £50 a month… 😡

@VodafoneGroup trying to call but get told to use link sent I get text go into the text and there is a technical problem it’s been like this for days. Very annoying 🙄 can anyone from Vodaphone help me??????
