और कितना इंतजार करें,मेट्रो की राह देखते-देखते 10 साल बीत गए।
सार्वजनिक परिवहन न होने से 25-30%सैलरी ऑटो और कैब के किराये में ही खर्च हो रही है और ट्रैफिक जाम से समय की बर्बादी अलग से।
सरकार क़ो अविलम्ब ग्रेनो वेस्ट में मेट्रो की सुबिधा देनी चाहिए।

क्या हम ग्रेटर नोएडा वेस्ट के निवासी दूसरे शहरों के निवासियों से कम अधिकार रखते हैं?

देश के कई शहरों में मेट्रो परियोजनाएँ वर्षों तक आर्थिक घाटे में चलने के बावजूद लगातार विस्तार पा रही हैं। क्योंकि सरकारें जानती हैं कि मेट्रो कोई व्यापारिक सौदा नहीं, बल्कि जनता को राहत देने, ट्रैफिक कम करने, प्रदूषण घटाने और शहरों के भविष्य को बेहतर बनाने का माध्यम है।

लेकिन जब बात ग्रेटर नोएडा वेस्ट की आती है, तो हर बार नए बहाने सामने आ जाते हैं, कभी तकनीकी खामियाँ, कभी DPR की आपत्तियाँ, तो कभी वित्तीय व्यवहार्यता का प्रश्न।

करीब 20 लाख की आबादी वाला यह शहर पिछले लगभग 10 वर्षों से ज्यादा समय से मेट्रो की मांग कर रहा है। यह क्षेत्र #NCR के सबसे तेजी से विकसित हो रहे आवासीय क्षेत्रों में से एक है, जहाँ लाखों परिवार रोज़ घंटों ट्रैफिक जाम, प्रदूषण और परिवहन की कमी से जूझते हैं।

जब Patna, Jaipur, Bhopal, Nagpur और Kochi, Agra जैसे शहरों में घाटे के बावजूद मेट्रो को विकास का इंजन माना जा सकता है, तो फिर ग्रेटर नोएडा वेस्ट के लिए यही सोच क्यों नहीं अपनाई जा रही?

क्या 20 लाख लोगों की रोज़मर्रा की परेशानी किसी फाइल में अटकी तकनीकी टिप्पणियों से कम महत्वपूर्ण है?

कब तक इस क्षेत्र को केवल आश्वासन मिलता रहेगा और मूलभूत परिवहन सुविधाएँ टलती रहेंगी?

#Greater_Noida_West के 20 लाख निवासियों को भी सम्मानजनक, सुरक्षित और आधुनिक सार्वजनिक परिवहन का अधिकार है।

What’s more frustrating is that there was no option to speak with a customer representative — only automated responses. After all that, the resolution offered was a ₹99 refund, which doesn’t address the inconvenience or the poor experience.
