@EdinBruRugby @Stephen24230979 @Gav_S_Harper Well, yes, but no reason why those games can't be reffed by Scots or Italians, for example...the same rule doesn't seem to apply the rest of the season...pretty sure we've had IRFU refs when playing against Irish teams.
