@virginmedia I’ve had a not so great experience with your customer service. I was promised a Super Hub 5 one month ago and was passed to 3 different people this morning none of whom could help me.
@virginmedia It was promised to me on March 29th so I’ve been patient for a month. It’s still being advertised on the website as being part of the Ultimate Volt bundle. Misleading claims are being made.

@steveeypips To be honest I haven’t counted them. But it is a 5l bin and the needles are pretty small so feels right. Please don’t make me count them now
