@awatkins1966 Most of those are bringing in upstream fixes for bugs that others found (though they may have used AI to find them - our Assisted-by or Generated-by tags only reflect our portion of the work, not upstream’s).
@JenLRossman This was Spring 2020, so some of these shows didn’t get to their planned season finales, and just got “final episode that finished filming before COVID lockdown” with storylines finished up in the next season.
@hasegaw@hisaotsu I would also expect that years of testing in private before anyone outside got to experience it was also a big help. But folks who were actually involved would know much better than I.
@hasegaw@hisaotsu I wasn’t really involved with ZFS development - I was working on the X server at the time. From what I know, having baked in the assumption from day zero that hardware was unreliable and software had to be ready to handle it played a big role.
@JenLRossman A legal drama about lawyers for people with powers, where they are trying to hide that one of the lawyers has powers? Sort of a Super-Suits?
@JenLRossman She’s done a bunch of voice work, and I’m old enough to remember her from the 80’s sitcom “Dear John”, but you probably saw her most recently as one of Londo’s wives on B5.
