It was absolute Hunger Games driving around today. People are walking IN traffic in busy streets. A young person was walking ON TUDOR because sidewalks aren’t plowed. Snow removal machinery backed into rush hour traffic on NL, one car had to swerve to avoid getting hit. Be safe!
