KENYA IS INVESTED IN AFRICA'S DEVELOPMENT AGENDA
The 58th Annual Meetings of the Board of Governors of the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the 49th Meeting of the Board of Governors of African Development Fund has kicked off today at Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt.

The week-Long event's theme is *Mobilizing private sector financing for Climate and Green Growth in Africa.

This is an opportunity for Governors to discuss Africa Challenges in attracting private sector financing and practical policies that governments can use to alleviate these challenges.

During the event, Kenya's Cabinet Secretary for Treasury and Planning Prof. Njuguna Ndung'u will take over the Leadership mantle as the Chairman of the Board of Governors for AfDB.

Kenya will be hosting the next Annual Meetings of AfDB in May 2024.
