I asked my team member to give me one decent resume.

I got one resume,

I checked the ATS score, it was 38

I did a lot of research over the past few days,

I made multiple changes, without using any AI software (to strike the right balance between the ATS score & human readability)

Guess what? I was able to take the score to 100,
However any score above 80 is a really good score.
